I love coming here for tires! He is really cool and chill! Everytime I come here I'm in and out under an hour. Even when they're busy, they move super fast!

After my first pleasant experience, I returned for additional tires. After requesting 2 tires, Michael stated I needed a third. I directly asked how much for all, he quoted me the price of $120. After an extended period of waiting, he finally rang me up.
Not for the price he quoted me. It would have been fine to say that he made a mistake and only quoted me for two, but he implied it was all my fault. He claimed since I have been there before, I should know the prices for tires. I have never gone to any tire shop that offered one price for all tires. I literally just drove around to various other shops right before I came to this one due to time restraints and location- I assumed I made the best decision.
I had no problem paying what the price was, but to accuse me as if I was the one that made the mistake!!! I have never had this issue anywhere else, and I have shopped for tires for years now. At one point he argued that he’d never sell
a tire for $30, $120 for 3 is not even $30 a tire, that was strange to say and also it’s his shop, I have no idea what he’d sell any tires for.
After I quoted word for word our detailed conversation and interaction, he explained he had 3 or 4 other customers all at the same time, but never offered an apology. I’m glad he was so busy, because he lost me and my family as repeat customers.
Pay more attention to what you’re saying and own up to your mistakes. To pretend I should know the cost of something that wasn’t even posted…. Imagine asking a price for something when you already know it.
I was already agitated because of how long it took after they started on my car. Not sure what was going on. My two front tires look great but the third tire won’t last very long. This was a terrible experience and customer service is EVERYTHING.
I am still upset when I pass by this shop. Never in my life have I experienced this type of treatment. I went for air to put in the tires the next day, so they were fine, but my next set will be anywhere but here. I even looked everywhere to see if the prices were listed and didn’t see any pricing, but I should’ve known from one visit months ago???

Asked to have my card ran as debit due to federal and Ohio state laws prohibiting surcharge on debit transactions and my card was ran as credit, against my will. Will be reporting this business to the Attorney General as well as the Better Business Bureau... BEWARE. Will not be using this business again.

Dishonest guy. I tried to buy 4 used wheels with tires, after telling me there's brand new tires on them hence his premium price I drive an hour out of my way only to discover one new tire and the other 3 were ruined because they were horribly worn out of alignment. Had no excuses when I put him on the spot. He just straight up lied to me. EDIT: he has now changed his listing to 'used tires like new' after I called him out. Buyers beware there is one new one and the rest are very unevenly worn and will vibrate a lot.

Second time visiting this shop and as usual, left very satisfied! The guys that run this place are personable, kind, and do good work for a fair price which is hard to find these days. Highly recommend:)

Mike and Aj.. Some of the best guys around talk about a true inspiration of immigrants coming to america( the right way)... Working hard for every dollar and being an active member of the society, they live in! Really great prices in honestly, some of the best human beings I've ever met.
