So this is my 2nd review but this place is totally awesome we have been here since May and have enjoyed it so much Troy and Amy are amazing as well as the GM Shannon they treat us like family the pool is amazing I would highly recommend to anyone breakfast is good and parking is great.

We booked a stay at this hotel. We always stay with IHG hotels. We are platinum elite with this hotel change.
Yesterday they had a pipe repaired done in the building. After the repair was completed the pipe broke.
It flooded many areas on the first floor. Our room was next to where the pipe broke so it flooded our room badly.
Troy and Amy pounded on our door to see if the room was flooded.
I was napping and had no idea our room was flooded. I told them they would need to move us to another room. Amy rudely said I'm sorry we have no rooms available. I said I am sorry but you can't have us stay in a room like this. She said you're welcome to check out. Really? Instead of telling someone checking in we don't have a room and explaining what had happened she wants us to check out. It was her rude attitude that was not appreciated and they did not care. This happened at about 3pm. At 11pm still in a flooded room the sent a crew to vacuum up the water. We were in bed sleeping. I called down to the front desk to talk with Troy and he was not helpful and very much could care a less. I don't think we will be staying with this hotel change any longer. Today they have moved us next door. The loud fans are in the hallway and so loud in our room. This hotel has awful customer service with employees like Troy and Amy.. This hotel should of been more concerned and caring. The general manager must have the same level of customer service as we never heard from her. I understand things happen out of your control but you treat good customers with concern and go above and beyond to make it right. The two of them very absolutely awful...

I’ve been traveling every week for since 2023. This hotel is amazing. The rooms feel like home. Very quiet! The only hotel breakfast I’ll ever eat. Troy the manager was very professional and helping. This property is #1 for IHG in my book

Highly recommend this hotel to families! It was pristinely clean from the lobby to the hallways to the rec rooms to the actual suit. The beds were very comfortable, including the pullout sofa! The breakfast was absolutely delicious. So much variety and definitely the best hotel breakfast I have ever had- and we travel a lot! Andrea & Lucinda at the breakfast were phenomenal- helpful, kind, generous hosts! The young man working the front desk was exceptionally pleasant and helpful as well. If we ever come back through Canton, Ohio we will most definitely be booking at this hotel again and will recommend to EVERYONE I know who travels here. They also had an area for dogs with water dishes and treats- how thoughtful! Just an amazing hotel, staff, experience. Stay here!

Monday breakfast nothing stocked constantly running out of coffee eggs sausage bagels fruits had to ask twice for forks and napkins when you looked through the door to ask for something she was on her phone. The maid service light housekeeping ok yes it was light no beds made bathroom sinks not wiped out no coffee restocked trash still on the floor the price not worth the service and I’m stuck here all week can’t wait for tue round 2 with breakfast and I love the computer response Round 2 Tue am disappearing cook runny grits and oatmeal come on. I take it management does not do there jobs these employers should be checked on.. I don’t want anything for free just what I’m paying for all this can be checked if they reviewed the video if you want a decent breakfast not watered down not cooked grits oatmeal wait for the weekend the mother son team are off the charts food is cooked it’s clean and nothing runs out

Very nice hotel but they lost my reservation and instead of staying 3 weeks they only had 3 days available. No one could answer why or how my reservation got cancelled but I know it wasn't on my end. Extremely disappointed in the customer service response. As a long term IHG member and the fact that they admitted the error wasn't on my end is frustrating to me.

This Hotel is located in a very nice area surrounded by shopping and restaurants for everyone. I called over the phone to check in prior to my arrival because we were going to miss the check in time only to be told when I arrived that they don't accept my form of payment but oh well it's the Hotels problem. Then a thanks for being a member without a complimentary anything. The room was spacious and somewhat clean. The headboard was super dusty and the ceiling had spider webs and bugs seemed to be invading the ceiling. I had to go down to get linens for the pull out bed. They had free breakfast but the options were scarce and what they had was dried out, burned, and not worth the wait. They did have free washers/dryers which was a plus because we were there for a sports tournament. I also had to go get towels several times. For $1000 for 3 nights my expectations were all the way up and I must say they didn't reach the bar at all. I wouldn't recommend.

The free breakfast is okay. The pool and hot tub were disgusting. I wanted to go swimming and relax with a soak, but the water was so murky, I didn't know what I would contract. The floors are thin and the kids running around upstairs and in the halls until after midnight was annoying.

Stayed here with a friend. The breakfast is amazing and the special food bars on select evenings are great too
