$20 2.83g is the best I could do. I appreciate them taking it to $20 on some of the flower special products. Because some of us don't have deep pockets. They do have quality cuz I don't feel no back pains or anxiety. No more Tylenol Advil for pain relief so I do appreciate it. One thing I can say about the indica you go sleep like a baby. The sativa Go keep you woke for hours ain't no sleeping off it's like it's designed to keep you up and moving. Feeling no pain

I had an amazing experience here. I just moved here from New Jersey so I was kind of clueless to a lot of things in Ohio and how it all worked, Jake was absolutely amazing and very patient with me, doing his best to get me the best deals while getting exactly what I wanted, Andy was also incredible. He was very personable and fun and even gave me some restaurant recommendations near my new home here to try, he also helped tremendously in me being able to get the products I needed. Both these men should be recognized. They are the only reason I definitely will be back. Amazing staff!

I went this past Thursday to pick up an ounce on sale for 140.00 plus taxes. They were out of my selection when I got to the store. The young lady who waited on me offered a substitute of 2 half ounces of comparable flower for 112.00 plus taxes for a total of 130.25 out the door. Great price and a happy happy customer. I will go back for sure.

The people here are amazing!! The first time i came here i wasnt sure what to do. Jacob came over to me and asked if i needed help. He showed me how to use the kios machine and helped me place my order.
They are willing to answer questions and explain things if your don't understand. Very knowledgeable!! Came in a few weeks ago suffering from headaches. Been to multiple docs and the pills don't work. I asked Frank if there is anything that will help with headaches. He suggested mso. I said i would give it a try.
Andy checked me out and gave me advise on how to use and get the best results from the medicine. Professionals from the start to finish. I would definitely recommend coming here for your medical needs.

Let me begin by stating that for me to give any sort of a negative review takes an astounding amount of effort on behalf of a business.
I have had nothing but warm interactions anytime I have ever found myself in a cannabis dispensary; from Colorado, California, Chicago, Missouri, and even Michigan.
I anticipated that my experience in Ohio would be no different. That was not in the slightest my experience at The Botanist today.
The female tender that I interacted with was brash, cold, and provided very little if any information necessary. Whereas normally I would be given the capability to look over the kiosk with the employee, I was instead made off to seem invasive and inappropriate when I was simply trying to see what items they had in their catalog.
I was remissed to not get the employees name but I wish that I would have so I could’ve shared it with the public to make notation that this is the last person you would ever want to be received by in this industry.
The problem is I’m sure that that’s not the culture of this location but there are plenty of dispensaries being open all around the area currently and I would highly recommend from this interaction alone to seek business elsewhere until it is insured that they have the proper backing when it comes to their staff members .
Hopefully this can be resolved in this competitive industry.

I had to wait for a while to leave this review so my employer wouldn’t see it but I was in at the end of August and I had this awesome young lady take some of he time to explain all the ins and outs of everything and was able to suggest the RIGHT type out for me! I think her name was Jessa, but she was spot on with what she suggest for me to try! Everything was so good that the next month I got the same stuff! Thanks again Jessa!

Returns on house brand products they will help with easily if you got 5 mins . Very nice and friendly. Product was returned and rebought for same deal. They are unable to exchange product directly you have to get your money back and then rebuy the product
Overall would definitely return.

I used to love this place but they priced their medical patients out I mean $130-$170 for half oz that used to be $70-$90 is just criminal
This would be a 5 star review because i love thier curbside but I'm just so frustrated with them they never have the right THC % listed online I know the BOP allows a 3% variance but they abuse this it literally takes less then a minute to change the THC% on Jane as new batches come available. It's a very sketchy sales tactic to move lower thc products. I always ask them to call me if the THC is different then what is listed online alot of time they don't and the even more frustrating thing is you cannot change curbside orders even if you call in ahead of time then blame it on the board of Pharmacy which is a complete lie. So i wait for my alotted time they only allow you 15min window (where zen lets you pick up anytime) then If something is wrong I have to park and go in regardless.They finally started offering some really good deals once the new dispensary started getting built next door....

Have been a customer of the Botanist for some years, and am treated for PTSD. It has been wonderful to watch the dispensary grow and become a much more vibrant place. A lot of care has gone into the aesthetics and it is a beautiful place. I am often served by different people, but if you could give a big shout out to Jacob for always being so calm and gentle and pleasant with me and others. In my career, character plays such an important role that it's nice to interact with somebody that not only has good character, but also applies that in the way they treat others. I am giving 5 stars. Little more expensive than some dispensaries, but the difference is negligible and well worth it. - Will
