I bought my pool and hot tub from here almost 10 years ago. Always greeted when I walk in and asked if I need help finding anything.
Nate is my go to guy. He is always professional and very helpful. Even when I have crazy questions/requests. I highly recommend and have sent several friends here as well to purchase a pool.

Me and my husband was in the store waiting for some service. We had several employees walk right pass us. After 20 plus minutes I decided to go to customer service but before we got there I heard a woman employee ask another couple which was the opposite color of us did they need any help but this same lady walked pass us and didn't say anything. Meanwhile I'm standing at the counter waiting for assistance and the same lady walked passed us the first time came up and got on the phone. So me and my husband decided to leave. I will never do business with people who look down on people that is not of the same race and we was the only people in there of a different color.

Nate needs some communication classes. If you hate your job find another one. He is always rude and looks bothered 24/7. My husband and I have been coming here for 3 years and every year it’s the same with him.

This store is an awesome store! They have a lot of cool items for sale from spas, pools, and even near arcade machines. Definitely recommend visiting here. Fun fact this store used to be a former Best Buy store and I think it’s awesome they left the BestBuy entrance and exit signs.

We have purchased a pool and hot tub from Great Escape. The people that set up both were very fast and professional. Our sales person Nate was very knowledgeable. He has also continued to help with our hot tub questions and chemicals. Nate is very friendly and patience and we appreciate him.

The worst customer service. I went in to look at hot tubs and was there for over 30 minutes with out a hello or may i help you. Most of the displays where dirty .
