There was a mix-up with the order. After contacting Ali in customer service, she looked into the mix-up and corrected the order without a hitch. She was friendly and ever helpful. The 10" wooden chairs are great. This was a win - win. Thanks Ali and Today's Classroom.

We originally ordered this hard to find chair from another vendor. After 4 weeks and 2 extensions of the estimated shipping date, we found the chair at Today's Classroom. Their customer service is excellent. I emailed them about the chair and how quick they could ship it, they got back with me the same day and quickly replied to other questions I had. They shipped the chair out sooner then the estimated date originally given and kept me informed via email every step of the way. I received the chair today and can't wait to see my grandson's reaction. I could not be happier with my experience with this company and the excellent, personal customer service. All emails were immediately answered and I even had replies waiting on me first thing when I had emailed the night before. This outstanding customer service is rare these days. Do not order from this company. the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. The website is inaccurate with the cost then hold your funds for 2 weeks and eventually cancel your order.

I'm a dentist and I purchased this presentation cart to hold my digital scanner and dental laser. The cart is beautiful and sturdy and I could not be more pleased. The company was very very easy to do business with, and I would highly recommend this product.

Terrible customer service experience. Ordered a large Hann butcher block art table that, with shipping and install, was about $3,000. The shipping experience was so bad they changed shippers. Then their installer, who we paid to be here when the item was delivered tried to shirk that responsibility. They finally had a team come from New England (we're outside ******). And weeks into this mess, when they finished installing it, the butcher block top had a curve, upward toward the center. Hann, the manufacturer said "Oh, wait until spring, the temperatures and humidity will fix that." Ridiculous. The area is already kept at 70 degrees with 70% relative humidity, spring won't change that. Then, about 2 months in, the thing split right down the center. And because of the hump, there's a ridge running through it. Then it was "Oh, it's designed to do that". Really? Then why was it glued? Why are their 3 tension rods running through it. And of course, they took a check so we can't even dispute the charge with a credit company. When we first reported it, they offered a replacement top, but after all we'd been through (the installers arrived smelling of pot), we just were done. Now suddenly, that's not even on the table. The irony. I would never do business with them again. The lack of "science" in their replies also astounding. Physics is physics. Clearly Hann has a problem and I'm not accepting their standard answers as they make no sense. First it was "Oh, tighten the rods." you don't increase the inward pressure on an arc. Then it split "Oh, it's supposed to do that." Really? Where did you disclose that? And now we're back to "Wait till spring." What total absurdity.

Ordered 7 sets of 10 Califone 3068AV-10L Switchable Stereo/MonoHeadphones for our fifth graders returning to in-person learning in February. Today's Classroom had excellent pricing and good communication. Very friendly and helpful. Product was received on time for the return of students to the classroom. The headphones work great! Company was very easy to work with and fast communication. They email me the very next day with the shipping and taxes information. I bought a Quiet cube for my son, he needs a small space to go when he is having a hard time. I will update the review once I receive the product. So far great experience

The team was great to work with. They were very good at sharing information on our order ( When it ships, When to expect order delivery, Help with getting a few replacements, Tracking info, Etc. ) They were great at meeting our time crunch to get our order shipped so the children could come back to school.
