Never be going there again and neither will anybody very disappointed just pick somewhere else if they don’t know you personally

I had the best experience today with Ben! I had been struggling at other nail salons to get the right color and look with the French manicure. He was very personable and easy to talk to. He wanted to make sure it was what I wanted. Very pleased. I highly recommend Ben. Thank you Top Coat Nails.😊

I normally have a good experience here. I always schedule with Cam for my nails mainly because everytime she had done my nails they stay on for at least 3-4 weeks without any chips or anything. I had an appt with her and walked in to them telling me she is not there and I was supposed to get a call about this, but I did not. They said they put me with someone comparable. This was not true. First of all Cam always puts 2 coats on which is one reason I think it stays on so good. This did not happen this time yet I was charged the same price. My gel chipped in less than a week, my jewel that I got fell off in less than a week (which they charge extra for these as well). It hasn't even been 2 weeks and my nails look like crap already. Definitely not worth the money I spent. Very disappointed about this.

I’ve been going to John for almost a year now! He does what I ask him to do. And if he can’t do the designs I request, Cam will step in and do what I want! They both always do amazing and they are very friendly and make me laugh the whole time I’m there!

I was a regular customer of this place until about a month ago. Sometimes, I make an appointment or walk in. When I make an appointment for a specific tech, they always put me with someone other than the one I specified to do my nails.
On this day, I called my last day there; I sat there for two hours before I was called back to get my nails done. It’s like I wasn’t there, and I should have walked out. The salon should not treat their customers this way. I get the vibe that because I am Deaf, they don’t want to work on my nails, and I do not feel welcome there.
I found another salon that treats me better and makes me feel welcome! Unfortunately, I will not return to Top Coat.

I wish I could give zero stars. Pedi by June and it was awful. I feel bad complaining bc I did make the decision to go here but I had to ask her multiple times not to dig into my toe. She laughed about it pointing at my toes. When I first sat down she pointed and laughed at my toes, no context as to why. It was made clear I was sensitive, and she intentionally tickled my feet and laughed. I’m fully aware of risks you take going to a walk In place like this but read the rooom!!!!

I had an amazing pedicure. Van was so patient and gentle with my feet and legs. He did a phenomenal job. I'll definitely be back. I got that Deluxe package with gel and it was only $62 but it was absolutely wonderful.
