Truck was gross and smelly. Adam lied about my reservation. Then upon returning the tall foreign guy said everything is good and then uhaul tries billing me for excessive mileage.

I had to wait a whole hour of my reservation, in 100 degree weather, with a 1 year old baby because of the errors of the online check in. Also online told me that they were open and this location was closed with no emails or text on the contract less check in. There was no dolly in the truck so thank God I had my own. This was a complete waste of time and money

Bad service I sat in dis mf for 20 minutes just to not get a U-Haul and they served 2 customers in 2 minutes with 2 workers there, don’t recommend

If you are going to use a location that is not an actual uHaul location. Make sure the location has ALL the proper equipment to make sure the rental process goes smoothly.. the Check and Deli where I rented my trailer DID not have hitch pins or an adaptor for my electrical connection... Causing us to spend nearly an hour and a half renting a trailer that should have taken 30 min... Plus two different trips to AutoZone cause of not being aware of needing the extra parts to tow the trailer

They told us the tank was full but it was only at 3/4 .we only put a total of 10 miles on the truck but would have had to put 30 or 40 dollars in gas. We put 15 in anyway which brought it to a little less than full. We are waiting to hear from them now on a $35 charge for not filling it up. I don't think they are going to charge us but it just added a lot of stress to the day.

I have rented many a U-Haul truck from many different cities and states. This U-Haul location, located just outside of Downtown Canton, Ohio proper--is the best! Their staff was both friendly and helpful! I was in-and-out with the keys to the truck in less than 5-minutes! What?This was unheard of to me! But, thankful for their efficiency and friendliness!If I ever need a UHaul truck in the future I. Canton, Ohio--these folks are tops on my list of UHaul companies to call. I even placed their business information in my 'Contacts' on my cell phone! That's how very pleased I am/was with my overall experience!
