Emma asked another customer (who had just walked in) if she could help them when I had been waiting in line. Then after scanning my 3 packages in, she made me wait for my receipt (which had printed already) till she worked on another project a bit. She either intentionally held me up, or is new and isn't skilled at customer service yet. Very annoying.

Every time I go into this store I have a pleasant experience. All the employees are quick and efficient, because of that I go out of my way to use this specific location. Management has been consistent for years. Highly recommend.

It's so easy to make returns with UPS. No hassle, people are always knowledgeable, efficient, and pleasant. No matter how long the line is it always moves quickly.
