These guys are top notch with customer service! They are always so level headed and easy going, even when the line is long and people have no idea how to work an Amazon return. Even the newer, younger members of the staff are respectful and kind. Have never had a bad experience! Highly recommend!

So I never thought I would leave a review on a UPS Store but in the 1 minute interaction Jakequs was PHENOMENAL!! He deserves a raise and if he sees this keep up the amazing work I have never had such great service at the UPS store!

Brought in Amazon return. UPS is supposed to box it up and ship it for free. Instead, they tried to charge me $2 to print a label. Umm, no. GFY.

I did not misunderstand you attempting to charge me $2 to print a label. (Inexcusable.) The item was in it's original packaging. Don't try to change facts or blame me.

I’ve used this store many times for packaging, shipping and returns as well as their for their notary services. Unfortunately I can no longer recommend this location. The staff is fast and friendly, however, the “air freshener” that they started using about a year ago is so strong it kills my allergies. I’ve mentioned this to several employees and have always been laughed at. Not funny to disregard a customer’s needs when there are other options. If you don’t have any environmental sensitivities, the customer service at this location is MUCH better than the Massillon location but I’ll have to take my business elsewhere.

My wife and I had to get several papers notarized, printed and scanned which took a very long time and Jeff was awesome to work with the entire time and was very helpful! Highly recommend this store for any of your shipping needs
