The day after Thanksgiving, we had a family member from Florida forget a very important (topical) medication on their return trip. We were totally freaked out. Kevin at the Fulton Road Store #6832 was amazing. He literally talked us off the edge. We needed to get the package there asap, refrigerated. He could not have been kinder or more helpful. We were in the store at 1:12 pm and the package arrived still cold at 8:15 am the next day. Additionally, when I called the store the next day to say thank you, I spoke to another member of the team, Angelina. She remembered us right away and told me she had been watching the package since it was Kevin’s day off and was relieved for us when she saw it was safely there.I cannot say enough about the team at this UPS location. We are elderly; we were upset and they went above and beyond in their kindness. I hope you can recognize them in some fashion. How lucky you are to have such great people in this day and age.

Apparently I met the owner today, after 3-4 years of running my online business- taking all UPS & post office packages to UPS. UPS on E Maple, Dressler and FULTON always take my post office packages. They can accept it but they can't provide a receipt. Information I've known for years. Never did a location reject my packages. I've been in e-commerce for 3-4 years now, and he has the nerve to respond to that with he's worked for UPS for 7 years? This guy was disrespectful, and entitled and I will no longer bring business to this location.

My item was laminated within 5 minutes and did not have to wait in line! I was greeted as soon as I walked in the UPS store. I was thanked and welcomed back to the store. I saved money buy shopping at this UPS store than going to the printing press on McKinley avenue.

Jeff and his staff are knowledable,efficient and friendly. They are always helpful and go out of their way to ask how you're doing while packing things affordably! This is the best and only location I go to because of their attention to detail and customer service!

I am aware that this is mostly my own fault, but I dropped off large packages that I thought I had properly packed. I asked the employee if everything looked ok as I hadn't shipped anything this large before. She said everything looked fine. Then a week later I receive a notice that my charges have been 'adjusted'. They charged me an extra $300 without my consent for not following their guidelines. Again my fault for not reading the complex maze of options on their website but the employee didn't bat any eye at what should have been obviously incorrect. I would have chosen to not ship my items had I known it would cost me nearly $400 dollars.

The young person behind the counter was great. Not real happy with the way manager treated employee, who was clearly new, in front of customer for a very small mistake. (Service time 12:30pm)
