I want to preface: The employees are always helpful and kind to me and the store is well-organized and clean even on busy days. I really appreciate that about this location. This place used to be my favorite store when they first opened. They had so much & offered Free People, Express, & other nice brands. They had clothing for young adults, perfect for 18-30 years old in styles of all kinds. I could find stuff for cute office/work style, going out, casual wear, & loungewear.Unfortunately within the last year, I don’t think I’ve bought a single item here. They don’t seem to “buy” items like they used to. The items are almost entirely micro-trend, fast-fashion now. The brands are cheaper, seem more teen-focused, or are more like, clubbing outfits. I miss the variety that used to be here in the women’s section. Also, the men’s XL/XXL sections are almost non-existent and we brought in a ton of excellent-used-condition, young-adult-male items and not a single thing was taken, which is surprising because those sections are always barren. If this store could go back to how it was the first 1-2 years it was opened, I would be spending so much more money here again!

Beautifully organized. A worker over heard what I was looking for, while I was being distracted by my rowdy 4 yr old and she she quickly came over to help and was so nice!! ♡ Will be back!

No plus size selection to speak of. If you’re above an XL and don’t want fast fashion, don’t bother. Shoes not in any sort of order and certainly not where they’re labeled on the shelves.

Walked in and walked right back out after being followed by a worker as if I were a criminal.First time coming in after being told about this place for awhile now.. come on ladies and do better. Also a little nice greeting when walking through the door would have been nice or atleast speak while standing right next to me the whole time pretending to adjust everything me or my family touched.

I really don’t like the girls attitudes in here and how they look down on people who are selling items. Its the “were only able to get 2 items” $3 is your total have a great day!!!How will I have a great day with $3??? This place is a joke and since the tall young lady with dark hair quit it’s been downhill. Everyone just stares at you and bit welcoming at all. Strongsville is the best one they are so friendly and always give $50 or better. Definitely recommend!! Good vibes always and very helpful!!

I sold stuff there and I didn't realize they toke my expenses perfume and only gave me mabey 5 dollars when it's worth 40 dollors and left the bag that it was in my bin when I went through it. Yes I said it's all good but I didn't look because I trusted that they wouldn't do something like that to me, I will never go back there or sell anything their and neither should you.

You get judged and looked at by the workers if you don’t dress like a basic white girl. There’s also way too many Shein and Romwe items on the racks for this place to even consider themselves having a high-end, name brand selection.

They really are cheapskates. Not even $15 for well over $130 in brand new items without the tags. I am absolutely never coming back to sell a single thing. I’m livid!Quick Edit: Since this review got an owner response, let me clarify. The items I sold here were recently bought for a birthday, but didn’t make the cut.The retail prices for the items that they chose to buy from me varied from $60, $35, $25, and so on. I received less than $15 in return.Again, I’m leaving this review as a warning to anyone wanting to sell clothes here: Just. Use. Ebay. It’s an absolute shame to want to support smaller businesses, and leave feeling taken advantage of.

I tried selling here 2x had a bunch of nice things some with tags high end brands such as American eagle, hollister, nike, marc jacobs, coach, Victoria secret etc and they took nothing both times!! Not to mention the girl with the blonde hair she a bit bigger than the other petite woman she would give me a funny look & wasn’t that friendly. I started feeling like something was off and had my Caucasian friend bring my clothes in a different basket to the same girl and she took a few items yea it was the same girl I made sure of it just a different day!! They racially profiled me by saying I was worthy of looking through my items. Won’t be back. Went to Platos right after and they gave me $98.

Great place to shop. I’m not sure if people in my age bracket shop there or not. I’m 53 years old. I did see some cute clothes there. I bought a super cute hat and a pair of slip on shoes. The young ladies working there are friendly. They carry every size clothing. I’ll definitely go shopping there again.

I'm a bit confused about their buying policy.First off everyone working was decently friendly and the store was very neat. I enjoyed walking through. I also love that they donate their extras to a local church. The first time going in the store I noticed that they were selling Louis Vuitton bags. The LV bags were listed at a decent resale price of about $500. Seeing that they take luxury branded items, I decided to bring in some of my own pieces. When going in to sell, I asked the lady to clarify to me how they choose items to purchase. She informed me that they select items that are in style and are not older than a year. When waiting for my items, I received an email offering me $18. I then went in to retrieve my items, and I was shown three dresses that they were interested in purchasing: a Herve Leger dress, a Self Portrait dress, and a 100% all silk formal dress. All of the items that I brought in that day were luxury brands that originally retailed between $400 to $1,000.I kindly declined their offer, but I'm still confused on how the store chooses their buying prices.I understand if the store hadn't heard of the brands before, and thats why they offered me such a low price.-But if the store was aware of the original retail values of the brands I brought in, than they should've also known that they were offering me less than 10% of one of my items for all three.I'll definitely be back in to shop at this fun resale store, but I won't be bringing higher priced items to sell.
