For a month now I have to go up to the office to get my mail because the delivery guy got mad when a complaint was made against him and the delivery guy LIED in retaliation and accused us of threatening him. He stares into our windows every day walking past our house and won't deliver our mail. He says he feels unsafe when we NEVER threatened him. We even had a federal officer look into us and reported us to be safe to deliver to. They are punishing us, the victims, and siding with the guy who was the aggressor and retaliating. Warning to everyone not to bother reporting an issue, because they will punish you and stop delivering to your house.

If you need a passport do not get it here! Go to a different location. Horrible experience getting my passport. I came in to get a passport the lady said we don’t do walk-ins, you need an appointment. I said no problem, made an appointment and asked if I needed to bring anything she said no just your current passport and ID. Got there for my appointment waited in the slow moving line. Got to the counter just for me to be pointed to the door of the passport office. The guy was very rude and short tempered. He said I was late but that’s because I Unnecessarily had to stand in line. He told me I would have to reschedule because he didn’t have time. He needed to go his break! A hour from now! He said I didn’t fill out the application before hand. I told home I didn’t get any paperwork beforehand. Long story short. All of this could have been avoided with proper communication. When I came in person to make my appointment the lady should have given me the application to have ready to go the day of my appointment when I asked her is there anything I need to bring. Most importantly tell me not to unnecessarily stand in line just go directly to passport office. I left and got may passport at different location no problem. Do not come here!

The clerks out front are unfriendly and their supervisors are extremely rude! If you have an issue with your mail do not hold your breath waiting for a callback because it is not going to happen. I haven’t received mail for three weeks and they said there is nothing they can do about it. The supervisor just shrugged her shoulders and said what do you want me to do about it! So unprofessional! Tomorrow morning I’m writing to the office of the Inspector General about their rude attitude and lack of care for someone who hasn’t received mail in over three weeks..Pretty sad situation!! Look at all these horrible reviews about this main post office! Maybe the Postmaster needs to step up?

Needed a package Friday. It was out for delivery Friday. At 2:30 they marked it I wasn't home. Odd when the delivery guy came at 4:30 and I was sitting outside. Was marked for pick up at post office. Went to post office they didn't have it. People behind the counter are rude. No wonder the post office is declining.

Worst service ever...1. Can't talk to a person in Canton anymore. Mailbox full. 2. Post office loses checks to vendors from bank 3. Doesn't pick up mail in my box (flag up); 4. Delivery driver wrote a message on a bank drawn check received from a congregational member....couldn't deposit it. Awful service!!!! Get DeJoy out of there and whomever runs Canton.

My husband and I went to this location to get our children passports and had a HORRIBLE experience!!! We scheduled an appointment online and when doing so it didn’t tell us we needed to fill out the forms in advance. When my husband and I got our passports years ago we just filled out the forms at the office with our appointment. However, when we got to the office the man rudely asked where the forms were and when I said we didn’t fill them out yet he rolled his eyes and made a very rude face as he went to get the forms from the filing cabinet. He then sighed very loudly and dramatically put them on the table. As if it’s our fault that we didn’t know we had to filled them out in advance. He then got supper rude about having to give me a pen, as if I was suppose to bring my own. The entire time I’m filling out the forms he is on his phone not paying attention and then got snippy when I asked him to clarify a part of the form. He was even more rude and snippy when I accidentally put my married name in a spot I should have put my madden name. I had 2 kids under 2 years old yelling so it was just an honest mistake. Overall I was VERY VERY disappointed with his professionalism and attitude toward two parents who were doing their best. Had he been polite and helpful I would have been more than happy to apologize for not being as prepared as I should have been, but he was unreasonably rude, snippy, and lazy. If he doesn’t want to do his job he should quit!

I had a package delivered that they didn't leave it because I was not home to sign for it. I went to the post office to pick it up and they said when they get it they will deliver it and I ran into the mail carrier today and she said she remembers taking it back to the post office but they cannot find it how do you misplace a large package and this tells me that somebody stole it

Lazy drivers they wasn't no where near my house but said they attempted to deliver then i go to pick up the package big dude fakes like he’s going to get it then says it must be still on the truck so i waited for supervisor who found it in 1-2 mins then when i get my box it’s opened like they were gonna keep it, it was an playstation box fully opened so be aware they will attempt to steal your stuff and say its not back there

I shipped out five packages almost 3 weeks ago and those packages still haven't arrived all were going in ohio but a package I shipped 2 days ago to Ohio got theirs all seven of these items were shipped in Ohio to a destination in and also

I just put in my application for my passport and Tim was so nice and explained everything quite thoroughly. Pay attention to the confirmation information when doing this, I've never had a passport before and I'm looking forward to traveling.

I don’t know if it was this post office’s fault or just US system sucks but my package wasn’t in that office when to pick it up on the suggested date, the online to schedule redeliver didn’t work, and now it’s telling me to pick it up cuz they will send it back to sender tomorrow. Fix the system or secure my package longer please. It is too non functional, irresponsible and inconvenient.
