Horrid service. Wanted to photo a time stamped letter but clerk refused. Next visit I locked my keys in car and while waiting outside fir AAA, another clerk tells me I can’t wait by the door (public area) that I had to move to the far side of the building. When I questioned him he threatened to call the police. Really? Slow, dirty, little parking, ignorant clerks- creeping de-evolution. Time to fire them all and go paperless. Let em get a job at Walmart. SH

Jordy helped me through a complicated multi step transaction I needed to do to send things for work. He was helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was also not afraid to get assistance when needed, and his coworkers matched his previously mentioned positive attributes. Despite me requiring a lot of his effort and even more of his time he was able to get me all taken care of in as quick a fashion as possible. All with a friendly demeanor, despite me coming in with a headache of a request on an already very busy post-holiday business day. I throughly appreciate it and will be returning to this location with any of my future postal needs. Thanks guys! 10/10

absolutely terrible. from the staff to the actual building. everything is awful. don’t even try calling on the phone, you’ll be sent in circles with a stupid robot. ask to speak to a representative and it refuses to transfer you. on top of all this, the change in hours is by far the worst thing they could have done. people have lives and work jobs and can not always get to the post office between 8:30am and 5:30pm. it’s really nice they inconvenienced the entire community to save money. if it was a safety issue they would implement a security guard. my guess is a homeless person was trying to stay warm, god forbid. i will be shipping through 3rd parties from here on out, the UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE IS A JOKE.

To get an answer to a simple yes or no question, I had to sit through several different menus. Never did get to speak to a postal worker. The same menus are at two different post office locations. It's maddening.

They took the vending machines out.Where you purchase postage and weigh your own package.I always had to do that because they have no help inside.Then they took out the desk where you can lay down your mail and address envelopes.There's no desk or counter in the labyrinth it's gone

Most unprofessional post office with the most unprofessional employees.One of the mail carriers from this branch will sit in the mail van and play on her phone and blast music instead of doing her job.Twice now a VERY Important document has shown up on our informed delivery and mysteriously we always get all other pieces of mail but never that one. Funnily enough this piece of mail has been STAMPED twice now too. Hmmm.If you call to complain about your mail NOT being delivered, they will LIE and say that informed delivery isn't accurate. If that was the case, how come all other pieces of mail come but not that one?If you get your check through the mail from Social Security, I strongly suggest you opt for electronic deposit instead because someone at this branch has sticky fingers it seems and the other workers at this office will lie and cover it up.
