Guy who works the counter is a complete j*** zero people skills! zero respect for people! 100% disrespect who ever hired him need their head examined. Go to any other post office then this one.

This place is only for PO boxes they do not take packages and they do not deliver packages out of that branch that is why you're not getting your stuff mailed it's not supposed to be going through there for 7 years it's been that way I called and I talked to the guy that runs the place so if your items go to this building you need to check your main post office

This place doesn't even deserve one star.i called today regarding lost mail the lady said I'm sorry I apologize nothing we can do .I sent important papers out to social security in Columbus in ssi just informed me yesterday they never got them .I personally handed the envelope to someone there back in February in said they would take care of . I will not be going back to this location at all.

This is awful place! Don't ever send anything to your loved ones here, it could be stolen. I sent a card with money out to my dad on 12/28/2022 and he still has not received it and it has not came back. BECAREFUL! I hope the person needed the money more then my father. Stealing is a SIN.

I have had bad delivery of packages every time I order something. Ups said they tried to deliver and left a location of the post office and that's a lie.

by far one of the worse postal establishment ever. They STEAL AT THIS LOCATION and also will have u on hold forever and that’s if they pick up the phone. Today makes the Fifth package that magically came up missing and the have no clue where it’s at . Someone needs to step up and get this place in order

I had a horrible experience at this location. I hadn't received a package for 5 days and it was "stuck" in Brooklyn, NY. The USPS associate said, Sorry we can't help you with anything, there is nothing we can do. Worst customer service I've ever received. Interesting that the website says, "Our customers are the focus of everything we do."
