If I could put zero stars I would. Work is being done around my residence and instead of stating they didn’t want deliver they made an excuse. I then went to collect my mail and heard “ there’s another one” as if I bothered them. Seems stopping the mail and notifying no one and then wondering why everyone is mad is an mystery to them. Completely unprofessional on so many levels

Service is always great here. However, something really needs to be done for their exit, which will do your car no favors. I've started parking next door and walking over from there. Also, the bushes on the property next door make it difficult to see to turn left when exiting.

The employees are above & and beyond helpful. I usually use the self-serve machine here- I'm pretty anxious and prefer the least interaction. But this time the machine locked up on me and wouldn't print my label. I timidly asked for some help and received great service. Two workers really tried to get the machine to print the label, and while they were able to get it to print a receipt, the label was bunk. One of them then helped me fill out a refund form and re-purchase the label I needed. I've never needed customer service at this location before (again- self serve machine!) but I was impressed and left satisfied

Although I had just an open Amazon package and a piece of paper with the return slip, they were super helpful by giving me scissors and tape to put the package together. They gave me a receipt and had me in and out in less than 5 minutes. I highly recommend this establishment.

I accidentally mislabeled my address on a package and they were supposed to send it back to original sender (understandable, totally my fault). I called the next day and the woman on the phone was so nice and helpful! They were able to fix my problem and I was able to get my package that same day! Awesome customer service! Thank you USPS : )

So I bought a package with an guarantee of being there from 3-5 days. But when the package seems to be about to be delivered usps decides to send it back to a place far away from the destination twice while sending back to the destination the local post office

I have NO Complaints about our post office here in Belden Village. I've never had a problem with our local carriers nor workers within our branch post office.I Thank God For Their Service!!

Everytime we stop the mail Drum is stuck or inoperable. The kiosk for the last 2 out of 4 times wasnt working and we cant ask for our packages to be scanned because the blonde (who knows All) berates us and we have had enough of her. this is by far the worst post office in the area.

This has been my PO for less than a year; we live on auxiliary route where we don't have a regular carrier. We travel occasionally and put our mail on hold; at least 6 times and it's been screwed up EVERY time. I resorted to duct taping my mailbox shut. Mostly (still had mail and package delivered on 2 occasions;) it's worked. Picked up mail today after a 30 day hold. I'm missing some very important mail! Scripts, bank cards, packages. I know because I have "informed delivery". Oh and I also got mail that wasn't ours or our address. I also happen to be a USPS retiree "sacrificing" 27 years of my life. I mostly opt for paper and mail delivery versus electronic,... after all my pension comes from the USPS. I will go forward using electronic delivery of important documents, and local pharmacies for prescriptions. Not impressed after multiple chances.
