“Absolutely love this place! Never once have I ever had any issues with customer service, in fact, they've gone above and beyond. Super friendly, professional and even makes someone with horrible social anxiety feel welcomed. This is my go-to every week anymore. Always has a large selection of juices, disposable vapes, and even really cute smoke pieces. (I mean has anyone seen the cute 510 cartridge battery that's a WAND?!) Read some of the reviews and had to chuckle a little, of course items are going to be sold out at times that's how any retail goes... checking IDs... that's even understandable and they're doing the better safe than sorry (no one knows if you're using your ID to buy for the other so it's always just safe to assume when it comes to legality issues). However! I am a customer for life now.”
“Love this place. Now new owners and some remodeling in the air, I'm excited to hear that changes in the air and what the new owners have in store for the Smoke Shop! Re Facing any business is always exciting and rewarding. I give it a 10+ already. Been in there once n employee was just great fun, entertaining, energetic, lively and knowledgeable of products. He was able to answer every single question like it was nothing... impressive...yes yes yes!!!! First time in years I left a business n didn't have one question unanswered n was educational...just what I expect and what I look for in a business! I can smell success & this business on its way to be ranking "The Towns #1 Smoke Shop In 2024!" Best believe that! So I will say this now u have my score card a 10 n my vote already.
