I am a hands on realtor and had some folks who relocated to OH. They had problems with their water softener and Verndales were quick to affordably repair. I had a great customer service experience on the phone with Ava. She was patient, kind an helpful. I sent up salt delivery and she went the extra mile and offered to have the delivery men fill the salt tank and check the softener settings for my elderly mother.
