Good place to get your eye exam! The doctor is very thorough, yet quick! I wouldn’t recommend buying your glasses here, however. My sister got one pair of glasses here for almost $100, and I got 2 pair of the same quality on Zenni for under $70. I would say just come here for your exam!

I was in need of an eye exam for years and I kept putting it off and putting it off until I couldn’t anymore. I decided I was going to get one and just took a chance and walked in to VisionWorks in Belden Village and was immediately greeted by a wonderful staff! The doctor was great! He was very helpful and informative. The beautiful lady who assisted me in picking out frames and lenses was so Amazing and very kind! I would recommend their staff to anybody any time! Dacie, Dacie, Dacie?Yes, it's a unique name, but know it and ask for her when you go in. She made my wife's and my experience of picking out glasses a pleasure! She was patient, non-pressuring, knowledgeable, joyful, and did not make us feel like we were a burden at all with all of the pairs of glasses we were trying on. She is exactly what you hope for when you work with a salesperson! She's a true professional! The glasses deal that we got was fair, and we are very happy with our experience at Visionworks in Belden Village.

I love the staff at this location! The staff is friendly and helpful and they have saved us twice by fixing my kids glasses right away! Even when you order glasses, they arrive so quickly. Thank you, guys, for always being so helpful! P.S. to parents: always spring for the insurance! Lol

I have never been so dissatisfied and offended in a customer service experience! First, this location tries to get away with charging us $102 even though insurance covered EVERYTHING but a protection plan! Completely swindled my husband, did not provide details of what insurance covered or did not cover for the lenses/frames and only provided a copy of the receipt for the debit card payment. In all the optometrist places I have been to, never have I walked out of a location with just a receipt in hand.When I called the store to resolve the issue, I received nothing but attitude and misinformation upon more misinformation. The “manager” was not listening to a word I was saying to him, and when I requested to speak with the manager I got a VERY snarky “I AM the manager”. On top of that, he advises he would have to call me back with a phone number to somebody above him? How convenient.If they are willing to swindle, overcharge, and put up a fight to 30 year olds- how many others are they going to do this to who DO NOT understand insurance or their benefits?? Never again will my family step foot in this business and I’ll make sure everybody I know knows what they are doing!!!
