Store is very clean and organized, especially since the pharmacy has been remodeled. Staff is always accomodating and kind. A lot of great improvements in a multitude of areas.

The pharmacy is awful anymore! Never have medications when need and wait on the phone for over an hr. Finally I just hung up I’m bout to just find another pharmacy at this point.

Not the first time this pharmacy failed. Hopefully they fill scripts better than they deal with customers. They texted me for 2 days saying a script was ready. When I went to pick it up they said it was waiting on Dr. approval. I called the Dr. was told the approval was given 4 days ago. Called the pharmacy, was blown off my whomsoever answered the phone, then waited on hold for the manager for over an hour. Gave up, then finally transferred the script to CVS.

I had a terrible experience at this Walgreens last night I was in the shopping mood Walgreens is one of the few stores that is open late I was going to purchase a hat a set of bracelets, earrings, two eyeliners and any other goodies I happened to find. I hadn't made it down one aisle yet (planned on checking out basically the whole store)
When Two police officers walked up to me, they got a call and was told I was in the store for a while... I wasn't in the store long at all but planned to be. After the police told me what was said I simply wanted to leave the store/my definitely didn't feel like I was wanted there. The officers werevery kind, told me I didn't have to leave but I nicely put back all the items where they belonged and left. After experiencing that I did not want to spend one dollar in the store 😔🥺

Very rude staff answering your pharmacy calls. Rude, they do not listen and we cannot understand a word she's saying. When I go into the store customer service is better.
Very frustrating.

I gave them 2 stars and that's just me being generous. My boyfriend and I walked into the establishment around 1:00am there were two gentlemen who were customers up at the register waiting to be cashed out. We did are shopping about roughly 8 minutes to do our shopping. When we got up to the register there was only one man up there. He said. That he had been there for over 20mins and no one has come to cash him out. Said the second guy got impatient and left the store without paying for his items. My boyfriend and I then went around the store and looked for a worker we finally found Olivia who was in the back. The three of us explain to Olivia that no one was here to cash us out for at less 30 mins. Olivia explained to us that her other co worker Waylan was supposed to be watching the store while she handled things in the back. Olivia was very kind and helpful and sympathetic of our complaint. 5 mins later Waylan comes out of where he was and Olivia made him aware of the situation she told him "you need to let me know when you leave" Waylon gave no explanation as to why he was absent for so long he seemed as if he did not care. There was no apology The only one who apologized was Olivia who we felt had done nothing wrong. My boyfriend and I work in the customer service industry and we understand that this is not acceptable for any customer to be waiting that long for someone to cash them out. We will not be returning. Thank you Olivia for your amazing trying to make up for horrible service you did great.

This was the absolute best place to go for years but for the past 6 months you feel like you just got Punk'd when you have to deal with them. It costs me more to use walgreen because my insurance is CVS caremark. Instill used this pharmacy and just payed more because of their professionalism and their attention to detail. I have alot of prescriptions that cannot be transferred so if theres an issue at the pharmacy i have to have my dr call a new one in. Lately they have told me online their was no issues and gave ne a time that day to pick them up. I look at that time..now theres an issue. Dr is closed and when you call they are VERY defensive. Have zero answers and want to speak over you. Tonight I got a lady pharmacist who thought her gender was a reason to not take accountability and to speak over me. I started to speak at a slightly elevelated and measured level so she couldn't cut me off and she said don't " yell " at me. I said Mam if thats a yell to ypu then you live in an alternate universe. She hung up on me. She may need some meds herself or to work at a job shes capable of. Being so poor at what you do and not being able to handle basic feedback is not a good combination
