Someone needs to manage this place. Not the first time disappointed at this location Had to switch due to Rite Aid closing. Now on the look out for another place.
My doc called in 3 prescriptions and then 1 more after. They filled 2 of the first call and the one on the second call. We picked up and just before I was going to contact my doc to see if he forgot to call in a script I received a text from Walgreens that I have another to pick up. When I contacted them about it I simply said did you miss one in the first call? He wouldn’t admit he did. Lack of integrity. Don’t want them handling my meds.

This pharmacy takes FOREVER to fill a prescription! Very disappointed in service at this location. Was told my rx would be ready by 2, it's now almost and they haven't even started it!

Unprofessional. was told med was in stock and had it transferred for me to drive 30 mins out of my way to be told they don’t have it while i’m in line. No phone call to inform me of this. Terrible service and don’t care to use anymore. at the corner of unhappy and unhealthy.

I needed some OTC meds and just happen to be visiting friends who live in Ohio so I stopped at this Walgreens in Canton. Pretty much like any other Walgreens. I found what I was looking for.paid and left. I like Walgreens.

With knowing about an experience someone had with this 6'2 bald man that's always given me below neutral customer service. He doesn't seem to understand retention, nor how to control his anger outbursts while on the clock.I find this to be very unprofessional for somebody who went to school to become a pharmacist. For someone to be this highly educated, and to go off on a small man who is only 5'6", 135 lbs, never talking to him, I heard all my friend was doing was talking to the pharmacy technician. He advised that he was no longer going to take the vaccine because he's been waiting too long. Mandish continued to fill pharmacy bags and answer the phone while my friend was waiting for over 40 minutes in an empty lobby with no line and nobody in the drive-through.waiting for him to come out, it really took some time. So I went into check on him. That's when this Mandish pharmacist, a highly educated man, started acting like a five-year-old. And then pushing power like some bully in high school.The MOD that was on schedule that night, about 5 foot seven, white, skinny, young, glasses, dirty hair, did not care about this fighting happening throughout the store. I heard him tell my friend that the pharmacy and the store are different so he couldn't go back and tell this pharmacist who was yelling across the store, disturbing everybody in the store, employees and customers alike, the guy was yelling at my friend all the way up till he got to the door. And this guy understands my friend has diagnosis that he takes medication for, obviously, Mandish is feeling that medication for him, and Mandish still attacked. It looked like harassment, and Mandish continued to harass, would not let my friend walk out the door peacefully, he continue to bully and bully when I know if my friend was bigger than 5 foot six. He would've left him alone. Saying things like I get off at eight? When it's 6:50 and the pharmacy closes at 7 PM. I don't think that if somebody is leaving because of vaccine is taking too long is going to come back at eight after the pharmacy is closed. Mandish this pharmacist wanted to fight. He put his job on the line his anger put his job on the line. His family would've lost income. He changed everything just to yell back at my friend who said to the pharmacy technician that this is why I'm leaving. Mandish stuck his nose into the business. That was not his.So the manager on duty did absolutely nothing when I, and my family, have been shopping and using Walgreens pharmacy for generations. That's why I didn't think I needed to go in with my friend to protect him since he was so well taken care of by, the main pharmacist and one of the head technicians.We found out that in order to have our information completely erased from the Walgreens systems, because I no longer feel feel safe with my information there with somebody somebody like that in this city that is in the top Five cities in the US with the worst crime rate you will have to contact Walgreens HR department. They will connect you with another department. Definitely file a complaint and get a Walgreens report number. Then you will have to email consumer relations in order to have your profile deleted from their system.I would be very weary to have your information around somebody who could flip out like this at any given moment. That could've been your daughter or your son, who is safety should have been secure in a place like Walgreens.Walgreens pharmacy now has a new reputation in my book and my families and friends. We will no longer be going to this Walgreens ever again. We hope that Mandish gets terminated. We believe that Mandish deserves to be terminated since he was paid to threaten my friend. these pharmacist get paid pretty good. So the 20 minutes that man spent threatening my friend across the store Walgreens pharmacy paid him to treat customers this way. Walgreens pharmacy threatened my friends life. Mandish threatened to fight me. Telling me. "What are you going to do about it" " I get off at 8 if you wanna fight" Abby experienced all of this. He should be terminated for talking to a long customer like myself. He was harassing me, triggering my diagnosis. Yelling Obscenities to me across the entire store. Mandish is getting paid, I am not putting up with these threats. Threats to fight me? I've never experienced this type of horrible customer service in my entire life. He's trying to tell me I cannot go back to this location, then he shouldn't be neither.I have want to speak with Allison his boss, and the area manager about his threats on my Safety. What a bad man. Nobody likes him m, so get rid of her m. Lashing out like that? Anger management classes Mandish & CUSTOMER SERVICE.

mandish is a horrible and threatening pharmacist. I've had fights with this highly educated man. The only male pharmacist at this location. Threatened my safety and he has access to all of my information going back to when I was a toddler. So, I filed a report with the police, I filed a report with Walgreens, I contacted the Better Business Bureau, I've also contacted witness services, and I plan on sewing Walgreens for my experience there, and their pharmacist, who is yelling across the store, and threatening my safety by telling me when he gets off and to meet him outside, and saying things like what are you going to do about it? And then, as I'm trying to walk away and get rid of the situation, he's waving his hand saying keep walking, keep walking. You don't want to go to a Walgreens like this. As long as he's working there, you want to keep him away from your information.

Everyone in the pharmacy is incompetent, borderline incapable. Have never not had issues getting my script. Have an acquaintance who also NEVER gets there prescriptions without issues. Call ahead and ask if my meds are ready, they say yes, show up an hour later, they say 20 minutes, leave and come back an hour or more later, they say 20 minutes AGAIN. 9/10 trips go down like that. No respect for other people's time. However this is more than likely just a lack of intelligence and multiple consecutive poor hiring choices.

I went to the Fed Ex at Walgreen's. Stacy went out of her way to help me with a return that required extra effort. I really appreciate her being so conscientious and helpful. I was glad to learn that Walgreen's had a convenient Fed Ex right there.
