Billions of dollars in revenue and the Walmart only has 1 person whose a cashier at a register and customer service also. This woman has to stop being a cashier whenever someone is in line that needs customer service. Says she's the only one trained at customer service. Walmart is horrible.

I went up to the store and purchased a product and two days later I returned it with the receipt and everything in the box. The person that was doing the return before I could even say something said it's going back on your card I asked her for a gift card because I don't have the card available and she said no it has to go back on the card. Before I could rebuttal she had already proceeded to put it on the card so I called and I asked to speak to a manager and they're telling me there is nothing they can do about it. Their policy is if there is no credit or debit card available you can put it on a gift card. The customer service manager refused me a gift card even though I had a receipt and it was after only two days. I sounds repetitive but I'm a little mad about $341 just sitting in thin air because there's nothing Walmart can do about it.

If I am shopping in your store and I can't find an item, your associates should be respectful and say, "I'm sorry we don't have that currently." What they should not do is laugh at me and then walk away. I keep hearing the shelves are all restocked but when you don't have something on a shelf be polite. We are all in this coronavirus thing together, please be kind.

I mean if you go a Walmart in the not-so-good area of Canton, you're going to have to tamper your expectations. This gets five stars because I've never once been car jacked there and it gives off a lot less creepy vibe than the Walmart on 62.

This is not one stop shopping at its greatest! i am in my 30's, with a valid id and wanted to purchase alcohol with the rest of my groceries. the cashier takes my license and then tries to card my 12 year old daughter!!!! I asked the manager what was happening and was told walmarts new policy is that if you have children ten and up, they have to show id also to prove they are 21. So as ridiculous as this is apparently everyone is assumed to be supplying children with alcohol. I have 6 kids so.....................really? The funny part is they tried to tell me it was a state law........hmmmm.... no it isn't. and I really don't like accusations! I am an adult and what I choose to buy is none of their business. No matter who I have with me! However on a different day a lady with a clear under-ager was in line in front of me, buying alcohol, but in a business suit. No questions asked. This is stereotyping at its finest!!!!!!
