Money services is never staffed. Hours are posted but never followed. They never even post anything to direct you where to go when it's not staffed during it's posted hours. Silly that such a big company can't staff properly. Just close the Money Services if you're not going to honor the posted hours.

I was at self check out and my transaction kept getting canceled. I tried it a couple of times and couldn't get it to work. The employee there was off in la la land and couldn't get his attention. So I grabbed my shit and walked to customer service and asked if she could check me out. She was nice enough to help me. I walked back and saw an employee MAGICALLY there. She had the NERVE to tell me to tell them next time. EXCUSE ME, but I tried. Maybe next time you pay attention to your handheld which TELLS YOU when a customer needs you. Old heifer.

Why is the pickup such crap! Like they always either forget something, replace something without telling me or get me stuff I didn't order. Thanks for the alcohol btw I'm 19 🙂. But seriously how are u not going to tell me they have my can food for my cat and then get me 10 different cans different brands and everything else. Like idk if u have ever owned or taken care of a cat but I can't constantly switch there food like that. They would be getting sick constantly. Absolutely ridiculous. And then tried to make me go down there and show them a bar code. Like yea I'm going to drive 10 minutes and inconvenience my plans because YOU GUYS messed up once again. Surprise surprise.

I just called about my orders not coming , and them double charging me when they shouldn’t be, and the so called supervisor said she couldn’t find me. That was her answer. Not lemme get more information,or someone else to help you. No,just I couldn’t find you. What the what? And this is after calling 5 times and letting it ring 20 to 30 times. Walmart sucks. If I wasn’t a disabled senior citizen without a car,I wouldn’t even use this service. But I have no choice so here we are. If you can afford it, use target or another store.

The staff interactions have always been good, but it's hit-or-miss and I suspect it has to do with the guests... The crowd at this location is a very mixed bag.
They often have whatever random items I'm after and the produce section is stocked and seems good quality.

If anyone found and/or took a black leather wallet that was dropped on the floor at Walmart on January 16 at around 6:30-7. Please return it. We don't really care if someone took the money. We just need the documents please.
