Terrible bank. I have never had any issues with any other bank offering a pass a payment around the holidays. I have paid my car loan payment EVERY month ON TIME for over 5 years, I have even paid extra some months. Called today to try to get a pass a payment for the holidays and “we don’t do that”. Absolutely no problem Westfield. I will be sure no one in my house ever finances through you again!

First time dealing with this bank and first time making a payment on a car loan. The convenience fee was $11.75. How do you justify that?

Wannabe bank with the worst customer service on the planet. Jenna, the "universal banker" extraordinaire is a real treat to deal with...she wears her bad attitude well...along with the orange bronzer caked to her pouty face. A real see you next tuesday kinda gal. Bank with a real bank is my two cents.

This bank has horrible customer service. Do not get a loan through this bank! Their online payment system charges you a $16 fee to pay online but they will not honor the day you made the payment. Even though my confirmation says my payment was accepted and processed and has been taken out of my account.. They do not honor your payment until 3 to 4 days after and then charge a late fee even with proof of confirmation number and payment date. Every time I've been there to pay my loan, they ask if I want to open a checking account- you couldn't PAY ME to bank with them! Don't do it.

Worst place to get a car loan from. After dealing with them for a few months I'm ready to refinance with another bank just for the piece of mind. They would charge late fees on your payment based on their process date, not the date of payment. Their online payment portal is poorly designed and it took multiple attempts to even set up online access. They make it very difficult to pay online and want you to use their payment portal which adds a "convenience fee." I've never hated a bank until I had the misfortune to discover Westfield Bank. Avoid this bank at all costs.

The worst bank in the world. Keeps shutting card down for no reason and never notifies me. Deposited a check into my husband's account. Lied to me and hung up on me when I asked why my account has been temporarily shut down . No one to talk to in a Sunday. Can't use card in Mexico. Terrible!!

Not being open on weekends is highly inconvenient. The company doesn't even have customer service for its customers on weekends. 👎

Julie Vega is awesome. She helped us secure a new home loan and was on top of it the entire time. She is a pro's pro. I would highly recommend her if you are considering a home loan.
