Didnt even clean the sides of the vehicle, brushes never moved in. Did the second wash not the basic one, 21+ dollars for basically nothing. Dont waste you money or time here

Wash was poor, as it missed a lot. Lost a part off my truck, went back and told them what I needed. Guy was high or something, but he walked in with some piece of plastic that was NOT what I needed. He said he didn't see it at all, then walked out with it and looked confused when I stopped him saying that THAT was my part. You obviously didn't look that hard, burnout.

They have very good service, the car is quite clean and good help from their staff, although the last weeks I have gone, the vacuum cleaners no longer work, they do not have strength and they do not clean properly and sometimes they do not have towels

This car wash keep charging me for a service I don’t have, I call them and they said they don’t have any information with my name… but how you keep charging me $40 every month for something I stop using 5 months ago

Everything is always broke down at this place, maybe 3 vacuums work as they should. Canceled my monthly plan once I saw my vehicle half washed. STAY AWAY!

I had a monthly membership and something was always broken, whether it one the lanes used to enter the car wash, the vacums, or the car wash itself. The employees were rude, and managers defend their disgruntled behavior. I switched to Froggy's and am asking myself why I didn't switch sooner

27 dollars for the best wash ? I'll never go back SUV was still alot of dirt the wash didn't get cleaned off still had bird crap too where one worker so called scrubbed o promise I won't go back ever

Really bad experiences!!I just got my truck no to long a go and I was hoping to find a place where I can clean up often and with the facilities of come in goThe big problem I have is that when I stop there the one time I realize that my driver mirror was broke after a wash ,one of the brushes broke itThe sad part is that they don't want to pay for it because is a 2006 car ,I think is very irresponsible because that happens inside of they carwash I m sure they deal with this all the time which they could do a better job a take responsibility for things like this!!!!

I'm not sure if they even use soap. It don't be sparkling clean after purchasing the platinum. I drove to Cleveland ohio Express car Wash paid $7 for a basic wash and my vehicle was sparkling..
