This is for the mobile service. I wanted them to come diag my truck at my house right down the road from the shop. They had me scheduled so I didn't have to pay 100 for being emergency or something. Ended up charging me for 2 hours when he wasn't even there one, plus told me my ecu needed replacement so it would have to go to the shop costing me alot of money. I ended up selling the truck cheap because I couldn't afford to pay for all that being a private owner. The guy I sold it to was very happy though, turns out it just needed an alternator. So I got charged an extra hour for a completely off the wall diag /guess. I lost probably 10k in value on the truck as who knows how much money I could have made with it on the road. I didn't have alot of money and all they did was come grab it and leave. Great job guys, keep up the good work!

Everyone I spoke to was very nice and polite. Thay have room for parking a trailer if you're hooked up to one. The driver lounge was very comfortable, I had a laptop so I didn't feel the wait during the hours it took to fix my truck. Took care of everything I needed.

In my experience for 7 years of trucking bussiness, I never seen friendly customer service like in this location I mean Young Volvo Trucks. I came for service, high quality service and I bought parts. Both departments friendly. Service not expensive and they are not charging extra. I’ll come back soon for engine valve adjustment and need change transmission oil.I appreciate your business and service.
