Ann is a fantastic sales lady!! She was very patient and helpful with looking at wedding and engagement rings. We saw the Past, Present and Future Ring and my fiancée eyes lit up. Ann never pressured us for a purchase, but helpful in deciding what we were looking for purchasing in the future!! I decided in the store to get that ring, and surprised my girlfriend by getting on my knees and asking her to marry me right there. Ann helped me with the paperwork and my new fiancee has never been so happy in years! I can't thank Ann enough for help make my day special. Let her help you with your future spouse finding that special ring!!

I would recommend Kate to assist you with your jewelry needs. I don't wear jewelry, but I am getting married and it is time to wear a wedding band. Kate answered all my questions and didn't make me feel like they were stupid questions. Kate was helpful to meet our needs and interests.

Susan at Zales at Belden Village Mall was very helpful and polite and knowledgeable and very professional. Susan went beyond the Call of Duty of the rings that I had purchased. I would recommend seeing Susan if you decide to get any kind of jewelry she is very knowledgeable and her customer service is very outstanding. As a former manager myself of a major retail store I would have Susan I would have work in my store with no questions asked

Today I walked into zales at the mall in belden village and I spoke with Miss Susan regarding my issue. So she listen to my issue and with her long term knowledge figure how to help.me with my issue and I am very grateful to her and her help today and I will continue to shop at zales due to Miss Susan help and recommend her to all my freind. Some of the nicest customer service ever! Ann helped my husband and I find the perfect upgrade for me. I kept going back and forth but once she got an idea of what I wanted she picked the most perfect match for me. Couldn’t be more grateful for her!
