First I had a great experience, super helpful, didn't keep me waiting for one moment. I spoke with lovely Catrina who helped me find a great engagement ring for me at a great price. The entire staff really was wonderful 10 out of 10 recommended. Thank you everyone at Zales! I'll definitely be back in the future to add too add onto this Perfect ring!!

For years, I have struggled to find a diamond bond for an online ordered ring. Today, the assistant manager Joe, and Michael, went above and beyond to help me sort out all of my bonds and get everything inspected! Thank you both so much for your assistance.

I always shop at Zales. We came in valentines day to get our wedding bands, and had wonderful help from Catrina. She was very knowledgeable and helpful with our purchase, would definitely recommend stopping in and shopping with her!

I am so impressed and pleased with my Zales experience. My decision encompassed several trips and lots of time to make a decision on which ring I wanted. Catrina met me with patience and great advice. She was able to "paint the picture" I needed to see in order to pick which ring I wanted. All the sales associates, including the manager, helped me make an informed decision. I am grateful and completely in love with my new ring. Thank you, Catrina and team!

I went to Zales to take in my birthstone bracelet that my son gave me for Mother's Day. I was waited on right away by Joseph. From the moment he approached me, he was very nice, kind and respectful for my needs, a very sweet person. I showed him my bracelet and told him it fell off 3 times and I thought the clasp needed repaired because I put it on and off almost everyday. He immediately said he'd take care of it, which he did. He said he'd text or call me when it came in. He was very professional as well as the other nice things I mentioned. Joseph needs to be rewarded for the way he conducts himself and working with the customers. Awesome!

This place right here I had walked in to see if my ring was real or fake. My ring is a 21k gold ring. They had told me it’s too bright, “there is no such thing as 21k gold ring” I am very disappointed and upset for the lie they had told me and the glass information they said. I went next door they said it was real only this place said it was fake. I looked up is there such thing as 21k gold and google and it had said there is and it’s one of the most popular gold out. Don’t not buy jewelry from this story and customer service was terrible

If you need a repair, I do not recommend going to Zales. I have used them previously to repair my ankle bracelet. However, this time, I went in to get my year necklace fixed. The chain had broken apart from the year plate of the necklace. They told me they would be able to fix it and that they would call or email me to confirm the price. They called me, and I was told it would be about sixty dollars. I dropped my necklace off on 8/15 and picked it up on 8/26. When I went to pick it up, I specifically asked the employee there if it broke within 30 days if they would fix it for free. He told me they would. I asked this because the repair didn't look sufficient, but I'm not an expert, and I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Less than two weeks later, it broke again. I went back to Zales. I told the employee what was happening, and she informed me I would have to pay again. I explained to her what the other employee had told me and that I had just gotten the necklace back. I felt like there was no remorse about my situation. I learned my lesson, and I will never buy or get a repair from Zales again.
