I went to Ziegler tire to buy a set of tires for my SUV. They recommended a great tire and I was happy with the service until I drove out of the parking lot and saw that all of my tires were over inflated by as much as 4 pounds of pressure. I went back to have the pressure adjusted and was told they do this for everyone in the winter because tires loose pressure in the cold. Tires should not be overinflated. It can cause hazardous driving as less tire tread is making contact with the road, wear the center of your tire or cause a blowout. I was very surprised that a reputable tire company would do this. I am a female and feel I left with tires in an unsafe condition.

Bought new tires off them and they didn't even last a year. Got my oil change and tires rotated, said it would take a hour and it took 2. Once I got back in my car my tires had low pressure. While I was waiting they had 5 guys standing around my car doing nothing. Will never be back.

Stopped in to get my tire plugged. There was a small nail in the tread. I was told it would be about 45 mins before they could get to it. It was ready in about an hour and 45 mins. They told me it was all fixed. Paid the bill and left. 5 days later I got a low tire pressure alert on the dash for the same tire. When I got home and checked it I find that the nail is still in the tire. Same one, same spot. I didn’t pick up a new nail. Called Ziegler and they said bring it in the next day because they were about to close. I brought it in after work and told the person working at the counter. Never got a sincere apology or anything. Whoever “fixed” my tire the first time apparently just wanted to get out of work and just topped it off with air, and I got charged $39. The person working the counter said that they overlooked it and just filled it to pressure and re torqued the lug nuts. No one came out the first time and said hey we can’t find a nail or could you show us where the nail is. Just charged me for a repair that never got done. Shady business. Won’t be back.

I highly recommend. Stopped in for an oil change and to get the tires balanced on my truck. I didn’t have an appointment and they got me in right away. Fair prices and friendly staff.

Mother in law took her car in for 2 tires and front end alignment. Car drove terrible pulling to left and to the right. She returned car the next day. Two separate mechanics drove it and stated everything was fine. She returned home with the same issue. Upon inspection of the car it has a bad lower ball joint. They aligned a car with a bad ball joint, so she wasted a $100 on alignment because it will need alignment after the ball joint replacement. One would think a garage would want to sell her and replace ball joint. But for whatever reason they said the car was ok. It’s really a shame because I always used Ziegler with great results until this time. ****Update after management seen this review, I received a phone call from them. They realigned the car for free after I replaced ball joint and the car is good now.

These guys were so amazing. After our tire was punctured with the s hook of a bungee cord, they made time in their busy schedule to patch it correctly. They were friendly, efficient and informative. When we need tires we will gladly return. Thank you so much for helping us so willingly.
