“I called TransCraft with an issue on a vehicle that I wasn't sure they could or would want to handle. I spoke with Veronica and she spoke with the mechanics and she contacted me and said to bring the vehicle in and they would see if they could find the issue! Took the vehicle in and in short order I received a call from Veronica and she indicated that the mechanic found the possibility of what was causing the problem. She indicated that the mechanic would fix this issue and go from there! Again, in short order I received a call from Veronica and she indicated that the vehicle was fixed and ready for pick-up. I was thinking the repair was going to be costly! Veronica told me the charge and I was astonished at how little TransCraft charged me for the repair.
