“We kept smelling a strong smell of gasoline in our garage where we kept our John Deere riding lawnmower. Who to call.....Bill, owner of Outback. He quickly diagnosed the problem, a cracked gas tank which upon further research is common in the L100. Trouble is that John Deere no longer has the part available. That doesn't stop Bill who is like a dog with a bone trying to solve our problem at a reasonable price. He found the part. Repaired the mower and hubby is happily mowing the lawn. I love the friendly competent service we get at Outback Auto, for our cars, for our mower and for our golf cart. Bill is on our list of approved reputable businesses that we give to people new to the area. When you find a good, honest, repairman, you hang onto him and spread the word. Thank you Bill.”
“This shop saved our trip and quickly fixed our 2022 Camry. The lights came on and the power stopped while we were driving down interstate 71 from Columbus to Cleveland, needless to say we coasted to the side of the road. I googled and found Bob with Hometowne auto, he gave me a tow number and we were on our way to his shop. Bob also gave us the number for a local bed and breakfast as it was after hours and he would not be able to get parts until after hours. Bob hooked it up to his diagnosis machine and car was fixed by noon and we were on our way. A sensor module and computer reset and wheels were turning. We were able to make our appointment in Cleveland thanks to Bob. He is a friendly guy, everybody’s friend. Everybody in town seemed to know him, what a great asset for your beautiful community.”

“Taking a road trip from Louisville to points north and east. TPM light comes on. Stopped and filled it, only to have it come on again ?Pulled in to a gas station to put the spare 0n ?My bride checked the station for a local shop, as we'd never been in the area. He recommended DC, so I called to see if they could fit us in. He said sure, and if I'd not already put the spare on and could get there with the tire ... Come on in ?He found the recent plug, that I thought was leaking, and a valve stem leak. He also found that the tires were way over pressure.He replaced the valve stem and made sure "all* tires were at proper pressure.These guys were both very friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to highly recommend them to anyone!”
