“Great location with wonderful staff. I wanted to give a special thank you to Heather Hall, who went above and beyond to help myself and my wife out with our banking needs.
We had a busy day and were unable to make our appointment on time, but she squeezed us in and stayed to answer all of our questions, ultimately helping us with all of our concerns. Heather stayed over past closing time to ensure we left better off than when we came in and even called a few weeks later to ensure everything was working out for us! I brought up a minor complaint, unrelated to her, and without being specifically asked, she reached out to another department and got it resolved for me.

“One of the very best banks in Ohio. It has remained locally owned. The other local bank, Community Savings Bank, is selling itself out to a bigger out of county bank. As far as I'm concerned, it will no longer be "local." First Citizens National Bank remains headquartered in Upper Sandusky and has not sold out.”
