Carey Ford is a great place. It was very easy to set up financing for my car and everyone was so patient, knowledgeable and friendly. I drove for 45 minutes from Bowling Green just to get there and it was well worth the drive. I love my car and highly recommend Carey Ford.

Too costly
I've had a dozen recalls on 22 ford maverick. Not each time but many of them I hear we are short handed don't have a time frame. I left it last time overnight and all day only to hear we got most of them. What? I wanted them all done. Not to mention prior I had oil change and a few other things that needed done. Cost of oil alone just isn't worth the amount of time even leaving it. 2020/2021/2022 I accepted the story of short handed. It's 2025 and nothing changed. I'm sorry I don't usually publicly complain but this is needed. Not a phone call to you. You would then professionally blow me off . People need to know these things. You always have 2 guys sitting at the service desk one is needed put the other in the garage. Shorthanded no more. Especially when most recalls are computer programed. I'm just over getting my oil changed for 60-65.00 and have nothing more than oil change . Had my own air filter and outside clip left undone because it is a tight spot. I got it myself. Forget wanting a tire rotation. Just unhappy with 1st amount of recalls, not your fault but accommodation is Especially when I always called before and just left it there. This has stopped me from looking there to replace my maverick and I am a ford guy. Louis

I was recently in the market for a new used vehicle and after looking on the dealer website I found it right away.
The salesman, Steve W. was exceptional,
very knowledgeable about this particular vehicle.
After purchasing this vehicle, Steve gave a very through tutorial on all the various features on this vehicle.
He even called me the next week to see how I was getting along and if I had any more questions for him.

Staff is good. Price for oil change and tire rotation is out of control. No reason for 80.00 oil change and rotation ever. Pushed me right back to going elsewhere.

Been here twics this year. The parts and service department doesn't seem to want to be bothered with customers. So, I won't be going back, because I don't want to be a "bother" to them.
