I am the type of person who actually read reviews before choosing which company I want to do business with. I called Tuesday Aug. 6th and spoke with Jason about my A/C not working as it should. I explained everything that was happening and asked him how much the diagnostic would cost. Now he did say if I had a diagnostic from somewhere else and wanted to get the work done there that they would do it, but they could not provide a warranty on that work because of the diagnostic being done somewhere else...which is very understandable. I was there the next morning getting the work done & he let me know what was wrong with the vehicle which I am thankful for. It was a very simple fix. The young man who actually worked one my A/C did it very efficiently. They were open at 8 o'clock on the dot and Jason was very helpful. He even gave some helpful advice on a situation dealing with my sister's non-working windows! Will definitely be bringing my car there should I have any other troubles!”
“Great overall experience. Matt made the check in process simple, Daniel completed the work in the expected time, and April made the check out process quick and easy. I do have a newer car and Matt and April spent a few minutes explaining a few of the features I was not aware of.”
“I will start with the name fits them 100 percent went there because I was quoted by a shop wright next door to them for 1300$. Which after checking the parts they were quoting me they were at 8+ times the cost of the best brand . Then when quoted wasn't even those parts at all to stop the noise. Once intercity gave me a quote fixed it were even honest to say my car did not need an alignment . Total cost was 250$ . And my vehicle is running perfect proceeded with bringing him another vehicle which also there honesty about what my vehicle needed and worth fixing or not . Nick and all there staff are definitely the best also fixed my gear shift I had changed two things on it still not working took it to them and he didn't give up till he found the problem fixed it and went as low as he could for the time he spent on it. The knowledge of his technicians I can without a doubt say are the best i have come across. Will never pick anyone else. There knowledge cost and very great personalities will be my mechanics no where else to look. Ty nick and you staff”

“They did a pre purchase inspection on a vehicle for me while I was out of town. Took pictures and sent a document with everything they checked and test drove it. They did miss two things that are wrong with it. That being one of the electronic seats does not lean all the way back up and stops early. The other being the push to start button is missing. These are excusable as it would require complete knowledge of the vehicle to know the ignition can be turned with the key but also uses a push to start button on the ignition that pops off to use the key if needed. Fantastic communication, speed, and work.”

I can't state this enough but true Care Auto is phenomenal and they stand by their work! I recently came in to get all three drive belts replaced on my car, it's a 2008 Subaru outback in Canadian specs, So she's a little temperamental apparently.
but I called this morning about a concern that I had. they told me to come right in any time today.
when I told them what was going on they were quick to help and got my issues solved expeditiously and courteously!
I will definitely be coming back and referring even more of my friends!

“Very pleased with my experience working with the sales team for the pre-owned vehicles. Attentive to the deals and listening to what I was telling them. Willing to negotiate and come to an agreement based on what I told them I wanted.
I will say though that once all that part was done and I was ready to go to the finance guy.. With financing already pretty much done.. I was very disappointed.. .. I had to wait an hour because of his tech issues and no one offered to help.. I could have been done in 15 mins because everything was already. And don't call me a pet name (Young lady) when you don't know me. That was degrading and sexist.
Once I was done there.. back over to the sales team.. they had my purchased vehicle, washed and gassed up.. ready to go!! They were wonderful!
So it was a 5 until the finance issue..”

“Lawrence Reynolds is the greatest! So I went in pre approved from my credit union with a higher than normal interest rate. I was looking at a particular vehicle but Lawrence told me “ hey you may want to consider some different options.” Reason being was the used vehicle has somewhat high in mileage. He said if you don’t like it, don’t buy it! Which made me lower my guards because I was no longer talking to a salesperson, I was talking to someone who really cared! He then stated that he could put me in a brand new car with a lower interest rate, I responded there’s no way! I don’t know what he did except go to bat for me and he got a home run! I am a proud owner of a beautiful 2024 Ford escape. It was on me and my wife’s to do list to go off the lot with a brand new care- he made that happen.
