Probably one of the nicest Goodwill stores I've ever shopped at. The place was very well organized and had exceptional prices on most everything. Although I didn't find anything this time, I'm glad I noticed the store on my Ohio road trip.

This Goodwill was very clean and very well organized. Probably the nicest one I've been to. Had a lot to choose from. I went mainly for women's dresses, which I bought several. I noticed a lot of nice shoes and a nice selection of furniture and house stuff. The two employees I came in contact with were very friendly. I just happened to be in the area but it still would have been worth a 25/30 minute trip. Highly recommend.

They changed the price at the register on me on a pair of Carhartt bibs that they mispriced/ mistagged with a green tag from $9.99 to $24.99 at the register. Sleezy. It's illegal like all the crap these thrift stores do these days.

I purchased a computer desk and was told to pull up to the donation door and they will load it in my vehicle. Once I got there alone they bring it out and tell me I have to load this big desk by myself. At that moment I should have just got my money back and walked away.

I thought about going to this Goodwill but after the reviews, not so sure. Why do the employees (older employees are mentioned) need to be rude? I am a senior citizen and I have worked with the public all my life. There’s no excuse for rudeness. If people get on your nerves, don’t show it to the public or better than that, get in a different profession. Please don’t give the older generation a bad name.

I have been here many times, at least once a week. Most of the staff are nice and friendly but one of the older ladies with long brown hair that works there is very rude and short tempered. I was super disappointed to find out that the manager is the same way (the grey haired older lady who wears it up a lot) I get the impression they are friends. I was here with my daughter looking at the dresses and I turned to put a dress in my cart and the rack came down. I was startled and told the brunette older employee that I was sorry and would help her fix it. I was shocked when she told me “no” and i was being aggressive looking through clothes. Umm what? As you can see from the pics, it is literally taped up with packaging tape. The clothes are so jam packed you have to push through them to see anything. I was so caught off guard with her attitude and then the bar came down more and almost hit my child and she had the audacity to say “look it almost hit your daughter” after already saying it was my fault. I have never been so upset with someone having such boldness to insinuate that it would’ve been my fault if it hit her. I asked to speak with the manager and she had no problem getting the manager and the manager basically said the same thing. I said well if you don’t believe me then you can watch your recording and see that it fell on its own. I never thought I would have to defend myself over how I slide clothing over in a rack. That was a new first for me. I have always picked up any clothes after it fell to the floor and put them back on the racks when I see others just leave them. I know the woman gets irritated at that because I’ve seen her huff and puff at others who do. At the end of the day. She does work at the store as an employee and that is one of the things they do. That’s retail for you, I understand people having a bad day but to so bluntly take it out on someone after they started crying (ya, I did that) and to make a mom feel less than, is just uncalled for. I have worked in customer service my whole life and I’ve never experienced anything quite like that, especially for something that wasn’t even my fault and I was just trying to be nice and offer my help. Maybe next time don’t use literal packaging tape to enforce a metal bar and keep putting a ton of dresses on it and expect it not to fall eventually. (Mind you they had it packed with dresses you couldn’t even see that it was held up with tape!) They are extremely lucky this didn’t become a liability and someone actually got hurt because it would 100% be their own fault! At this point I’m looking into taking it to corporate because no one should be treated that way. I’ve read other reviews about the older ladies treating others rude and genuinely being unpleasant to customers…If you can’t be nice or at least decent to others, then maybe that job isn’t a good fit for you. It’s not hard to be a decent human being.

This was one of my favorite places to thrift in the area until what happened today with a couple of the employees and it honestly made me feel very insecure. I am currently 30 weeks pregnant and with the weather change I don’t have a lot of clothes that fit me so I pulled a lot of clothes into the dressing room to see what did and almost everything didn’t that I tried on.
So I put it all on the outside rack outside of the dressing rooms, And as soon as I did that an older lady that worked there that had a long skirt on and glasses, Yelled the name “cass” And asked her to come over. The older lady proceeded to point out the clothes, and they both turned around and looked at me and started huffing and puffing and talking about me. I’m guessing it’s because I tried on a lot of clothes, but I didn’t know that almost everything wouldn’t fit me. I only bought two things. It just made me feel very insecure and made it feel like they didn’t want me there and it honestly makes me really sad because I used to love this place a lot.

I would really like to give this store a better review however, if you are going to be too lazy to remove a sticker that states a certain price after someone drops off an item…You should honor that price that is on the item. I have been in here several times and there have been articles of clothing with a price tag cheaper than what the Goodwill charges, and they always refuse to honor the price. If that is your policy, I understand however, like I stated previously, you shouldn’t be too lazy to remove the price tag previously on it.
