“I've been using this pharmacy for a year. Maybe 2 now. It is hands down the best pharmacy I've ever used. They are friendly and helpful every single time I come in, and every time they call me to remind me that I have an rx ready. Plus they offer complimentary delivery to my house, which i didn't realize until last week when I spoke with the sweetest gal who works there (I believe her name is Tia) She worked to get my prescriptions lined up with each other some so that I don't have to come in and get refills as often, and also set me up for a delivery the next day for some as well. This business cares about customer service, and it's worth driving a couple extra minutes for me to avoid the chain pharmacies that tend to be awful.

“Hubby & I shop here often. I've been ordering some items to be shipped to me (free shipping) & I love the convenience. We get gas here when in the Centerville area but sometimes the lines are crazy long. I've used the pick up service a few times & it is great when in a rush. We bought new tires 2 years ago from the Auto department & when I got a nail on the outside of the tire, they replaced it for only a $20 fee. I really like the variety Sam's has to offer & the fact that they stand behind their food quality with a money back guarantee. All the employees I've dealt with have been polite & helpful. I'll continue to shop here again & again.”
“Their photo center is always extremely quick and accurate! I don't think I've ever had a photo order that hasn't been ready before my quoted time. And you can always find deals online as well!
Their pharmacy is also great! I had lots of trouble at the one up the street on Springboro Pike near Meijer, and this one has been absolutely perfect since I switched!”
“I haven’t been to this Krogers in a while. It was so nice to see how it was stocked and looked clean. I also wanted to point out an employee. Ida at the self checkout was so friendly and welcoming. She was so helpful as I had a couple of problems with some things that I rang in. She is a GEM. Her customer service is top notch. I had to write this while I was still sitting in the parking lot before I left. I will definitely have to start coming back to this Kroger. Thanks Ida!”

“5 ? review per my pup, Hana. We were heading out of town a few days ago, so went through the drive through to pick up her medications, and the pharmacy team was and always has been quick, friendly and even gave her a doggo treat!! Let’s say she was the happiest pup. Because a little bit of treat helps the medicine go down. Thank you for always being quick and kind. I worked as a nurse and I understand the impact the pharmacy team has to making sure patient needs are met.”

“The customer service here is outstanding- even though CVS is the cheapest under my plan- I will only use drug mart going forward.
When CVS in Middletown auto-texted me they did not have my Rx of antibiotics to fill for my toddler, and then never called me back after leaving a vm (no one answers the phone at this location) the Drs office suggested transferring my Rx to drug mart. When I got there to pick it up, the Drs office had already closed and drug mart did not have it in stock either. The Pharmacist Donald was extremely helpful explaining the suspension was odd and he couldn’t find it at any drug mart and even tried calling Kroger for me. He recommended paging Dr on call from the practice who wrote the Rx. After a callback he spoke directly to the NP and took the Rx over the phone and filled it right then and there. This was all after his shift was over. They also filled my other Rx for eardrops, but because CVS had filled it, They had to charge me retail. He explained that if I could get CVS to back out of the Rx, I could call in and get the Rx price which was a $90 refund.”

“This is an awesome Kroger! Folks that work here are super nice and helpful. They try to keep the lines moving or open and keep the flow going well. Only issue I have are the kids that do the online orders in the blue carts are zipping around so fast and they don't always look before coming out of an aisle and one hit my cart and just kept on going without saying anything. I know they have a job to do but how about some concern for people and an apology. Just my only issue. Great place to shop no matter what!!”
“I was passing through Monroe and stopped to pick up some groceries and charge my EV. The charging was easy and accessible. I appreciate it being close to the store. It makes me feel more safe when traveling by myself that it is not far out in the parking lot.
For the store itself, everyone was so friendly and helpful! Staff and just other people shopping. I was surprised what a pleasant experience it was while shopping. The store was updated and clean!”

“This Walgreens is wonderful. The only thing I can truly say that is going right is I really love the employees, they have had a bit of turnover but the people they have brought on are very courteous. I will say they seem to be still short staffed so they can't get on the phones if you want to call. I highly recommend you download their app. I have also had quite a few prescriptions that are partial fills for some unknown reason to me, I think it's just to see if I will get mad. I am on a lot of medications due to a bad heart. So they are in need of organization here at the store but that's hard to do if you have floaters or new employees every week. I honestly feel sorry for whoever is doing the training.”

“This review is specifically for JAMIE, the red headed lady in the pharmacy.
There are people at this pharmacy that don't get 5 stars, but this review will speak for itself concerning JAMIE.
My partner has a myriad of issues that require frequent visits to this pharmacy. I consider this pharmacy fortunate, and blessed, to have JAMIE as a tech.
This woman is always professional, courteous, and always seems genuine in doing her most for her patients.
Jamie has frequently jumped through hoops to ensure my partner gets what they need, when they need it. She's willing to do on the spot extra effort with zero pressure or being asked to do so because she knows it's the right thing to do.
Based on the medical needs of my partner, it is completely amazing for us to have a tech like JAMIE working at this pharmacy. She has always been nothing but welcoming, and I actually feel relieved when it's her that takes me at the drive through or the desk.
I wanted to write this review so that JAMIE can be recognized for her superior customer service, and to be congratulated on her apex dedication to making sure her patients get the care they deserve.
She is the only reason we use this pharmacy due to previous...ill experiences with past or former techs, whom have attitudes simply by their customers existing.
Thank you JAMIE, for never allowing a trip to this pharmacy to feel like eggshells. You are sincerely appreciated, and we look forward to continuing to do business with this location.

“I switched to Walmart when the Kroger pharmacies started going downhill. It was a great choice! I have no complaints. There is never a long wait, they get my refills completed quicker than they estimate, and they have quickly resolved any issues that have arisen. The pharmacist (a gentleman- I don't know if there's more than one) has helped me out of a tough situation more than once. Just the other day, I had to revisit them because I hadn't received the correct amount of pills. They didn't give me any grief, and I left with the full rx being filled. A relative had the same issue at Kroger once before, and they told her she was out of luck! And it was a mental health medication, at that!Anyway, everyone I've dealt with here has been very nice. I see Sheldon most often and he is friendly and polite. These people seem to actually care about their customers!”
