Very dissatisfied! I contacted the owner around noon on 5/26/23. He said he wasn't sure if any units were available, but would let me know. At almost 8pm, I texted him (per his request so he would have my #). He texted me at 1:13pm on 5/27 saying that a large unit had opened up. I didn't see the text until close to 3:30. I texted him about when I could see it. He responded he would be there until 5 and also said a smaller unit (which we had discussed) would be open at the end of the month. It seemed to me that he wanted to steer me toward the smaller one???I got there about 4:50 and signed contract and paid for larger unit. He later texted me (no time stamp of when) that he didn't realize that wife had already taken a contract on the same unit. I didn't see the text until almost 9:30 pm because I was busy loading a truck to take to the unit the next day. He said he would drop off my money or I could pick up. I said I would pick up. He texted on 5/29 that he would meet me elsewhere. I parked on the street, he pulled up beside me. His wife handed my money to me and apologized. I told them a few of my thoughts, but he sped off before I could tell him about the money I paid for using the truck and the help loading it.

Great place to keep your stuff everything's clean tidy is has security cameras everywhere I never have a problem
