Beware these guys will take your money anyway they can. Read the little fine print. My first time at QH congress after a long drive in. Rented the cart late at night. Guy at counter didn’t have the common custody of being a decent human being and telling me if I rent a cart late at night I’m charged for that day. If so I would have come in the morning. Apparently you have to examine all the fine print on their signs. Because if they can take an extra $110 they will! Watch your back with these guys. Oh also if they find your golf cart unlocked it’s $50 each time. Something else they do NOT tell you! That’s in the super fine print

Very responsive through the sales process and unbelievable service when I had a problem a few weeks after a buying. Came to me same day and did a significant repair on the spot. Best service I’ve ever seen!

I recently purchased a golf cart from someone and was having issues. I contacted Eagle Golf Cars on a Friday and explained the problems I was having. They gave me a couple recommendations and told me to drop it off the following day. I dropped my cart off around 9:30 and by 1PM they had my cart up and running. I can’t thank Jeremy and the staff enough and highly recommend. I will be returning in the future for service and upgrades.

This place is ridiculously expensive. The lady that works behind the front counter is the biggest Karen I've ever seen. They apparently don't want to deal with the public. She certainly had somebody piss in her Cheerios. Every time I come here it's the same bad attitude from this lady I'm officially done with this place. I hope she gets some medicine.

Drove 45 miles to get golf cart worked on after was told from model and serial number would try to fix it only to be told to take it Mid Ohio that you do not work on that kind.

So disappointed ? we spent over 13 grand on a cart and we bring it home and took off trailer and took grandkids a ride and tire is flat..so disappointed.

Wife and I had a pretty great experience. We’re first time cart owners/buyers and the process was really smooth with them. Jen did an amazing job and the first guy I spoke with as well. I didn’t know anything about carts but they both got us what we needed. 100% will deal with them !

I like the folks and they are fair on prices but would avoid for batteries. They don't warranty them directly so you are at the mercy of their suppliers and you can be denied arbitrary.

Just picked up and new golf cart from Eagle and their knowledge, follow-up and service is outstanding. The entire buying experience was excellent and the staff (Jen and Justin) reacted immediately in handling a few small issues right after our purchase. We highly recommend this family business if you’re in the market for a golf cart.

Every time I have reached out to Eagle with a question they have answered it immediately. Not put me on hold, not taken my name and number only to not call me back. I’ve had several questions on inventory, parts, and now aftermarket parts, and each time they have been very polite and helped me.
