I walked off my step. I live at 74 Highland in Carroll, Ohio and my delivery man Ray help me out because I could not even get up. I think I broke my ankle kudos to Ray. What a wonderful employee.

I have had flawless service from FedEx. It is one less stress in life NOT to have to worry if my package will arrive on time and to the correct address. I understand processing from high volume warehousing and so I appreciate all the safeguards and process mgt that go into making this happen and am grateful!
