Tim and the entire staff of Lancaster Sporting Goods always go above and beyond! I made a mistake with my daughters varsity jacket and needed a patch redone, Tim took care of it immediately, even though it was my mistake! They are amazing and I will continue to give them my business. I would give 6 stars if I could!

Disappointed. We have used LSG for years for all of our logo embroidery. Historically 100+ garments a year. In recent years there has been a significant increase in errors and ruined garments. Most recently 2 Land's End shirts were ruined because the tension on the machine was not correct and the logo is patchy and distorted. The response from the owner ?? He referred to a sign in the shop indicating that they are not responsible for garments not purchased from LSG. He further indicated that there is little profit margin on doing logos on customer provided garments. The level of customer service and quality control has significantly deteriorated.

We have had ordered twice from Tim and the crew at LSG. Great pricing and one of the few people that can still get apparel in 2XLT. Very upfront with lead times on the tall apparel as well. Can't beat the pricing either!!! 10/10 recommend!

This is my second time going to LSG. Bring in clothing that I had to purchase somewhere else because of the larger sizes and they are always able to use our company logo exactly as I email it and our apparel comes perfect. I don’t have to bother looking for any other companies. The owner and the employees are very kind.
