Top notch service! Honest... I have recommended this company to others. I wish I could remeber the technicians name.. Before we selected Shoff, other repair companies came out-the issues continued..they wanted to charge thousands to fix things that didn't need fixed! SHOFF came out, fixed the issue..haven't had any problems since! And we have better equipment than what the others were offering. Thank you Shoff Door company!

We had an on going issues with our garage door, remotes didn’t work the way they should. Garage didn’t close all the way most of the time, sometimes it opens on its own in the middle of the of the day or night. We called different service company but the issues weren’t resolved.
Our insurance company set us up with Shoff Door Co. and the experience was A+, Tony was thorough, knew his stuff and he made it look easy. He replaced the garage door, motor and the key pad. He honestly changed the bad experience to a good one. I will recommend them to any one who is in need of that service.

Our garage door opener stopped working on Christmas eve. We put in a claim with our home warranty and Shoff picked it up the same day. Thankfully they were able to come a day earlier than originally scheduled, which worked out much better for us. Tony came out the day after Christmas. He recognized the problem(s), put in the quote with our warranty company, and was able to fix us up all in less than an hour! He was very courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, and competent. Great communication with the technician as well as the owner, Wayne. Nice, personal service. Thanks again guys!

Highly recommend this business if you need to replace your garage door ! The owner was more than helpful to find the discontinued parts and pieces I needed , saved me thousands compared to buying new garage doors !! All the employees were extremely knowledgeable and helpful loading as well

Nate from Schoff Door quickly came out and fixed the problem with our garage door not closing. It seemed like a squirrel chewed through wires. Nate quickly fixed and then greased our tracks since he had time available that day. Many workers would have goofed off until next appointment. Nate came back out next week when door opened on its own and worked hard to troubleshoot odd issue. We all figured out the squirrel chewed wires to security system as well as garage door. We asked about solution and he told us new garage door openers are smart and will keep your garage door shut. But he advised us to wait until garage doors were older and that it would be cheaper now to have security wires fixed. We're very pleased with Nate's service.

Was very impressed with 24 hour service, Nate (technician) was amazing, trouble-shooted the issue, explained/educated me on all areas of the garage door opener and remotes, took time to walk me thru programming....can't say enough about this customer service.

Nate did a fantastic job explaining everything that was wrong and fixing my garage on the spot. I didn't know my garage door could go up and down without all the noise until today! My builders installed m unit completely wrong and Nate got it right!! Saved me moneyas well.
