“Very good place for your fur kids. The doctors and support staff are so nice and really care about their patients. They are sensitive when it comes time to say goodbye, too. They make it a little easier and are extremely professional and give you time to say goodbye and allow you to hold them until the end. It's heartbreaking, but they handled our boy so nicely. They aren't super expensive like some places can be. They are reasonably priced and top notch care, it's a win win man.”
“I have had dogs for 60 years and when I lived in Lancaster they were patients of Dr. Bonham and I never had one reason to complain. In fact, I had two dogs euthanized at two different times and was treated with great kindness throughout the process. The whole office was very professional and helpful. If I still lived in the lancaster area I would still take my dog to this practice.”
“I wish I could give more than 5 stars to this vet. Our Rocky boy already doesn’t do well at vets and they went above and beyond to make this the best experience for him. No waiting, we was taken straight to our exam room which was very clean and greeted with friendly smiles. Even with an un expected emergency during the appointment the Vet Dr.J ( I so wish I could remember her name just know it started with a J) was amazing along with her assistant Michelle. They were very quick to take action and was very calm. Even at checkout I was greeted with nothing but kindness and compassion from all staff today.”

Unfortunately, there was nothing that could be done, but they got her looked at immediately upon arrival and helped get us quick information to make the inevitable decision. Everyone was so patient and kind. It doesn’t make the sadness go away, but my husband and I (and our sweet Wendy) felt very respected during a very difficult time. We will be returning if/when need for our other pets and recommending to others when in need.”

“Dr. Libby is fantastic! 100% recommend you take your four legged family members there. Unfortunately my beloved Muffin had terminal cancer, and recently crossed the rainbow bridge. I could not have asked for better care in her final days.
