Gen z staff are always ready to help, Boomer staff are hesitant and less likely. Their return policy on open items is non existent as I've learned. Customer satisfaction with the older staff needs improvement, including managers

Always a pleasant experience there. I love the employees. So friendly and exactly what you should expect from a small town hardware shop. Although the kid's that work there now after the old timers have retired don't know near as much as the old timers did.
