Was just in there 5-8-2025 at around 3 pm the manager working was not professional one bit, was yelling at the younger worker and almost belittling him because he couldn’t find the right part, and then when we told him the part he did bring out wasn’t the right one he yelled and said we don’t sell that part and so that escalated the situation and yelled back at him and then he was super unprofessional by getting up in our face yelling to make us leave almost as if he wanted to strike one of us and was yelling profanity as we were walking out of the store, I will no longer do business with AutoZone nor recommend anyone do business there because of this employee

I usually go to O'Reilly's because I tend to get more honest attention and help but yesterday I went there looking for help and feel like I was being lied to in order to make a bigger sale and like I'm stupid because I'm female. I'm not, I know about cars.
So I went to AutoZone and the man, who seemed like a manager was extremely helpful, took his time to explain and show me a few things and had exactly what I was looking for! Where Oriellys told me they have quit making those!? The man at AutoZone said that's not true we have a whole box in the back!
Great job I don't know his name but he has excellent customer service skills. Looks like I will be going to AutoZone!

Carrollton, Oh....shout out to John for being so nice n helpful today. I needed wiper blades n their systems were down so I cldnt use my debit card n cash wise I only had a 20 on me. John went ahead n installed my wipers n didn't charge me. He said he would cover it. What a great giving guy let alone his great customer service.
