Sales sold me a vehicle that had some issues, I decided not to keep the SUV, the dealership was very professional about the entire unfortunate ordeal.
They gladly refunded my down payment!

It was a very stressful experience. I put money down on a vehicle and it was several days before I definitely knew if the vehicle was mine. They should not take money until the vehicle is guaranteed to you. I ended up paying more for the vehicle than was first discussed because of running boards being added into the truck price from the transferring dealership. The deal fell through so they sold the truck to me . At my expense.Most dealers give you a discount on accessories purchased with the vehicle. Not the case. I was planning on putting them on myself but that’s not the case either. I was charged top dollar for. They should have met me in the middle with this issue for true customer service. Also be careful not to leave anything in the car because you won’t get it back. They “ threw it away”. My financings bank just contacted me yesterday for proof of insurance because apparently the dealership did not submit proof of insurance with loan paper work..
