Purchased a new Ford Escape. Guess Motors did an excellent job of handling all the details. Closing was very efficient. Always enjoy working with this team. Dennis Schurr was very helpful in obtaining credits and rebates offered by Ford. An excellent transaction.

This was my 6 the windshield wiper appointment. Every appointment they said I needed a specific part. I had the appointments and paid the bill and the wipers didn't function correctly. They said they were sure I needed this part and quoted a lesser cost. I put off doing so bc this puts me over 700. In cost of wipers and each time I get my vehicle back and the wipers work worse worse and finally I was repeatly told this last appt and part would surely finish the wipers repair. They don't work. I was told now that they don't work it's bc I don't have a factory windshieldand I should trade my vehicle in. The people are not pleasant .I was also told my appointment was for an hour and a half and when I arrived they said I couldn't pick my car up until later in the afternoon.If they had initially explained I would not get my vehicle back until nearly closing time I would have made arrangements but they don't apologize for the misinformation either. I will not go back to Guess motors and when I was saying I was unhappy they didn't even acknowledge I was speaking. Just looked at me. I had to pay for a part and service costing $455.74 they assured would fix my wipers. They are not curtious, they said workers didn't show up for work was why I couldn't get my vehicle back timely but they didn't apologize for any inconveniences.I have never heard of paying for parts that you are told to get and it was not the problem and or did not lix the problem.i don't understand why they didn't repair the wipers in one appointment even if I had to leave the vehicle for a few days.?

I liked my sales agent Julie ,I originally signed for Ford CREDIT but they sent out several applications to finance companies.I did not appreciate that because it lowers my credit.I know they get kickback from these companies.For that reason I may never use GUESS AGAIN.I ended up paying cash for vehicle so no need to send out apps.The apps were sent by Guess Financial.They never really cleaned vehicle before delivery.Smoke inside windows and was not cleaned properly.

I had been searching high and low for another Trans Am and to my surprise a car dealership out in eastern Ohio just happened to have one. I sent them an email about the car and waited for their response. The very next day a salesman named Mike Gleich contacted me about the car. I asked for specifics about the car because I was pretty sure I knew what they had sitting there. I requested the RPO codes for the car and it turned out it was exactly what I had thought that it was but I had a few more things that I needed to verify. Mike had told me that someone was looking at the car as well but without the information that I was still seeking I wasn't ready to pull the trigger just yet. There are all kinds of after market parts available and without being able to confirm everything just yet I wasn't ready to commit to purchasing the car. I told Mike to go ahead and let the other guy have it. Surprisingly a couple days later I got a phone call from Mike saying that he had backed out for some reason or another and with that extra time allowed I was able to confirm what I thought that the 1994 Trans Am was actually a 1994 Trans Am GT. 1994 was the Trans Am's 25th anniversary year and they made 2000 White with a blue stripe anniversary editions TA's in 1994 they had a product run of a GT model that had only been offered one time between 1969 / 2002 of the production year of the Trans Am. The color was a mid year color run and what really sets this one apart is the Ram Air hood. There are two ways to verify the hood to see if it's factory or aftermarket. A combination of RPO codes that the car had and a production number stamp under the hood. I knew the RPO combination was there so I felt safe going for this car. Once the car was delivered I popped the hood and went looking for the factory stamp and after a little looking...I found it ! The color is unique Medium Quasar Metallic Blue + GT package + Ram Air Hood. The color makes that car 1-195 and the factory Stamped Ram Air hood makes it one of no more than a total of twenty that made it out of the factory doors in 1994. Unfortunately the Ram Air hood was just an added style feature in 1994 that Pontiac placed on a total of no more than twenty GT models and no less than ten.Living ten hours away I wasn't able to lay eyes on the car until it arrived. I immediately parked it in the garage and went to work. I inspected the interior...spotless ! Exterior...9 out of 10 it has one spot where someone had used touch up paint but it's hardly noticeable and the car is a 1994. I laid the crawler down and went under the car and let me tell you...I was in total disbelief. It's so clean under the car that you'd swear that it has never seen bad weather. Zero evidence of any rust , break lines looked brand new, undercoating in the places that matter the most on these cars and you can still see the after spray on the underbody and it looks as clean as the day that car was driven out of the factory.Take into consideration that I traded a 2002 Corvette with just a little over 16,000 actual miles and that I purchased this car site unseen and it showed up in the immaculate condition that it is in. I'd say that Guess Ford is one of those few mad far between dealerships that will give you a great deal and most importantly...you can trust them to be 100% completely honest with you. I asked for multiple pics of the car and always immediately received them along with a few questions about the car and always received an immediate answer and if they didn't have the answer they'd get the answer for me.Thanks Mike for helping me out along my journey in finding my fifth Trans Am and most likely my last. I absolutely love these cars and this one is perfect. I've received more compliments on this car over the short time that I have owned it than all my other sports cars that I've owned over the years and there are plenty.In closing I will say that anyone who is looking for a car should give Mike a call and give Guess Ford a try. Purchased a Immaculate 2017 Ford Fusion Platinum Hybrid from these guys. Dennis was amazing and the whole team was very welcoming and made this purchase a breeze. We tried to buy a used car a few years back and they wanted about $3,000 over High Retail for the car (today I would double to triple looking at prices on the website) and the Salesperson was Rude and Insulting. We found the exact car my wife wanted for a fair price in the Wintersville - Steubenville Area. I am glad we didn't settle and pay too much back then at Guess Ford. Fast-forward a few years, we needed service on our 2018 Ford EcoSport and they were the closest dealership. So, after almost six weeks I picked up my car last evening and all the service desk attendants could do was read what was on the service order but no comprehension of the work that was done to my car. It appears that more was wrong with my EcoSport than I was led to believe. Thankfully under Warranty but still in the dark. Also, I don't understand why the odometer had a lot of extra miles on it when I picked it up (log my miles). The car was extremely dirty, but I guess that is what happens when it sits for several weeks. We accidentally left something in the service loaner / rental and as soon as I arrived home called the dealership but after about two hours was told the item was not in the vehicle ... I Guess someone needed my wife's sunglasses more than she does. I would describe Guess Motors as Overpriced and Customer Service Impaired. Practically growing up on Ford Dealership lot and then working for a Cadillac, GMC Truck, Pontiac, Buick, Oldsmobile and Chevrolet Dealership, I have High Expectations and High Standards so maybe I do expect more. I am hoping the service they completed on my car is better than the overall customer service of the dealership.

No stars is more like it ...just Awful awful awful experience.First experience engine went out not even a year later.Had to trade towards another car and pay extra money I had to take a loan out for and they only gave me one option and I really needed a car so I took it. That car then had a bad transmission, cost me couple grand to fix. Next thing you know I take it in for tires and 20 other things are wrong with it and I was told to just get a whole new car. Never again !!! Never

Very nice to me as I can’t get my windshield cleaned on the inside and asked for a favor to be able to clean it for me and they cleaned the inside and outside! My radio phone was messed up and the gentleman explained to me how for it to not happen again! Thanks so much as it made my day.

Did not rotate my tires something about my lugnuts and the weather??? Also had a rear tail light out had to replace it myself the next day
