Talk to a salesman about a truck. I would interested in salesman told me there was a $2000 difference, and we were not going to be able to come to an agreement. I don't know what kind of salesman passes 40000 because of $2000 without even trying to get me to come in. And look at anything else. Or negotiate at all?

Just purchased a 2026 Traverse. Our salesperson Katie was terrific. She walked us through the entire process and even came up with an additional discount. This is not our first purchase from Huebner and won't be our last.

Great experience all the way around. Daniel was the ultimate professional both on the phone getting the appointment set and then delivering outstanding service during the in-person buying process. Every step was smooth and stress free. Absolutely the best car buying expericence ever, and I have been buying vehicles for over 40 years. Will be a customer now and in the future.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Vickie to purchase my new Ascent! She listened to my expectations which made the whole process easy. My only complaint is (which is no fault of Vickie's), is that it wasn't detailed before I picked it up.

Drove 250 miles to look at a 1958 corvette, my birth year. Listing on cars.com sounded good. Paperwork showing all past owners (3). Leather seats. This was my last of 3 stops. Car looked good and that's where it stops. It was on the showroom floor and a salesman drove it out to hear it run. A salesman stated it was a matching numbers corvette. WRONG, corvette did not have matching numbers until the 60's. When confronted he said I was correct but that it was all original. (Later to be found incorrect as well). I asked if anything was wrong with the car. Both salesman said nothing was wrong and car runs great. We made a deal and deposit was put down. I asked about their free delivery up to 150 miles. The salesman staded it was only 100 miles. I would make arrangements to come get it. When I got back home i looked up the listing and it did say 150 mile free delivery. NOW, being a retired LEO I became suspicious. The next day my mother in law passed away so picking car up would have to wait plus fir good weather. Went the following week to pick it up. First stop was the service department. Talked to a lady behind the deck and asked about the car now sitting by h er desk. Again I asked if there were any problems. She said no and I asked if any work was d one. She said yes and I asked for a printout. Gas tank and fuel pump replaced plus 2 other jobs. Loaded car on trailer and went home. The next several days was dealing with mother-in-law estate and getting her independent living condo emptied before end of month. We'll that's when the other shoe dropped. On October 9, they did an inspection and found issues that I was not told about. Leaking transmission seals and power steering issues. Both are not small problems. SO BEFORE WARNED. Know everything you can about the car you are buying before you go to this dealership.

Vickie Grindstaff was very helpful in making me HAPPY! She has a lot of patience and helped me to get what I wanted with the trade in deal. Everyone there is kind and willing to satisfy my needs even with the input Adam Ketchum gave to me. I will never go any where else. I live in North Canton but the ride for services for my vehicle is worth it! Many thanks to Huebner and all the staff. Hats off also to Bruce and Russ for their assistance in scheduling my service needs.

Do not buy the Zurich warranty. It’s a money grab. They find reasons not to cover the repairs. But I’m sure Huebners got their money for selling it.

I had such an awesome experience at Huebner Chevrolet in Carrollton! I thought in order to leave with a vehicle I actually wanted, it was going to be impossible or at the very least exhausting. I put off car buying for months but knew I needed to get something reliable before winter. DALE was soo helpful and really listened and cared about the things I was looking for. He made the whole process fun and made sure I was comfortable with my new suv! Thank you Dale!
