I recently bought a used Subaru Forester at Huebner Subaru and it was a wonderful experience! Ryan was my salesman and he communicated well and was super nice and easy to talk to. Every employee I interacted with were very kind and accomidating. I asked for the car to be put up on racks and they had no issue letting me thoroughly inspect the vehicle. The car buying process went smoothly and I couldn't be happier. Thank you Huebner Subaru I will be back for my next vehicle!

Just purchased my second Subaru from Huebner Subaru. I purchased the Ascent and love it! Huebner is great to deal with, extremely friendly, and very responsive. We live in Stark County but go to Huebner because of the experience. And Kira, our sales rep, was wonderful to deal with. She took time to make sure all of my questions were answered and sat in with car with me for quite awhile going over all of the screens. She even set up my phone (which is beyond my abilities!) And Adam was great with competing all of the paperwork. Thank you Huebner and Kira for a really good experience.

Customer service is good but dealership pricing is absolutely ridiculous! Talk about price gouging! Charge 3X the amount of a capable mechanic!

Went in for my first time for an oil change without making a appointment due to the website stating they had express service and no appointment need. When I got they they scanned me in and asked if I had an appointment. I stated I did not due to what was said on the website. They guy looked at me like I was dumb and said they had others and didn't know when they would get to me and could be 6 hours or more. I declined the service and left.
Disapointed due to being mislead online. This is not an express service. My original place always got me in and out, thus why when I read they had the same service would be a similar experience. If I do go back I will make sure I make an appointment, but just want to warn others this is not an 'Express' services and becarefull not to make a long drive from the country if you don't have an appointment.

This was the first time I have purchased a car without my husband. My son's helped me thru the process. Everyone there was very patient, kind, and understanding. They put up with calls from my sons, was very patient with me, and guided me through the process. Thank You Subaru!

I have dealt with Huebner for 16 plus years. Every staff person I have ever dealt with treats you with so much respect. My sales guy Rob Forbes , who I have dealt with from the start, is just the best "go too " there is. He goes the extra mile to make sure you are happy. They are fair and honest. Service is excellent what more can you ask? Love my Subaru.
