The person may have been harassed earlier. Tried very hard to be polite and looked very tense. Had harassment earlier myself. Also tense because policeman on call. Possibly had a warning of a dangerous situation.

Went in for some windshield washer fluid, didn't really looked for it but just asked if they had any. They not only had it but they went and got it for me with a smile.
