“My son and I met with Tom the day after my brother died. He was very compassionate and helpful. Because I had a major surgery scheduled for 5 days later, we chose the urn and memorial cards. Tom and my son wrote the obituary. We will use their Chapel for visitation at a later date to be decided. And burial will also follow at a later date. We were not rushed and that added to our comfort. Thanks for helping us through this difficult time.”
