Arrived unannounced at 0930 with my 08 Ram 3500. Had a vibration in the front end. Jon took some info. We went for a quick test drive, Jon diagnosed a bad left front wheel bearing. Part ordered and was ready for me when I got back to his shop with my 5th wheel. Yup in the middle of a big trip.He had me fixed and back on the road in no time.
